    Would have given game a 9 but:

    Controls sometimes are either non responsive or too responsive.
    Lack of Motion-Plus (could have made game control more realistic)
    Needed online mode.

    Unless you a die-hard tennis game fan. I would wait for VT4.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I think that this game is good considering that it is for wii. The graphics are mainly good but some players are hard to tell who they are actually supposed to be (Andy Murray & Pete Sampras) the gameplay can be slow and the choice of controls could be better as some of the motion controls decide to work of their own accord. The reason why I took 2 marks from this game is because it is glitchy sometimes when you hit a serve the opposing player just stands there and the ball stops in mid-aid and then comes hurtling back to you. Having said that it is a great game and if you are looking for something with graphics better than grand slam tennis and that is not as quick as virtua tennis 4 for the wii then you should check it out.… Expand

    Top Spin 4 is a solid pick up for tennis fans. You can play single matches, minigames, tutorials and career mode. Career mode is a fun mode where you create your own pro and play challenges and tournaments. The courts also look quite realistic and the minigames are great with friends. You can play a variety of games that each have a different set of rules. But the biggest complaint aboutTop Spin 4 is a solid pick up for tennis fans. You can play single matches, minigames, tutorials and career mode. Career mode is a fun mode where you create your own pro and play challenges and tournaments. The courts also look quite realistic and the minigames are great with friends. You can play a variety of games that each have a different set of rules. But the biggest complaint about this game are the controls. The game can't pick up what shot you're playing some of the time, so this leads to a sometimes frustrating tennis game. But otherwise Top Spin 4 is a fun game for any tennis fan.… Expand

    Having pros from different eras is a good idea, too bad that the game just isn't fun at all due to its bad controls.
