    I wish there were more 70s and 80's metal like Dio, Iron Maiden, Slayer. Metallica, Megadeth, or even Black Sabbath. Or more nu-metal like Korn, Linkin Park, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson.
    Graphics are pathetic even for a wii game (480p) a high quality rock band game for Xbox 360 is (1080p) which is two times the quality of a wii game. Rock Band 3 was a great attempt but weak compared to Rock Band 2 which was awesome!    … Expand

    This is the ultimate rhythm game on Wii. It makes up for the previous installments 10 fold by adding song importing (although RB1 and Lego are left out) for RB2 and Green Day and by adding downloadable packs (finally) on the RBN store. The graphics are amazing for a Wii game and the variety of things to do is amazing. This is a definate must buy for fans of the series or anyone looking forThis is the ultimate rhythm game on Wii.     If you're expecting something that is of the quality of The Beatles Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Rock Band Green Day, or even Lego Rock Band, then don't buy this game. Vocals are broken. Overdrive doesn't work if you have the volume above conversation level. Drums lag and the bass pedal is not synced properly. The menus stutter and lag very badly. The experience is NOTHING like what you wouldIf you're expecting something that is of the quality of The Beatles Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Rock Band Green Day, or even Lego Rock Band, then don't buy this game.     I was late in getting into music games. I bought RB2 Christmas 2009. Since then I have bought all RB games, and several GH games. RB3 is the best of them all. The new selection for song s feature is awesome. The keyboard addition is fantastic. The number of songs is great even if the Wii never gets all the songs the 360 version has. If you have a Wii and like music, Get This Game!

    This is the best music game of all time. I dont think anything will ever surpass it. The track list is great, with some of my personal favorites such as Avenged Sevenfold and Slipknot, and plenty of variety. I cant say anything about the pro mode cuz i dont have the right equipment, but from what ive heard it rules. My only gripes are that some of the music can be found in Guitar HeroThis is the best music game of all time. I dont think anything will ever surpass it.     i seriously can't stop playing this game. it's the most addicting game i've ever played. me and my friends really should go outside and plant food or something. but in the meantime we're playing this game with all its horrible music. it's definitely fun but it's TOO FUN.

    This is fast becoming my favorite Wii game to date. Some games are better but this is the one that keeps me coming back somehow. It's highly adicting. I have 3 consoles and haven't tried the RB series on any other, but if they are this good then I can see why this is such a popular series. It's AWESOME!

    Yay! There's a keyboard, finally! And it's great, because the keyboard has two choices: pro keyboard and keyboard. Both are extremely fun. Play this one with friends. It's the best ROCK BAND to play that way. And all the songs are GREAT.

    Rock Band 3 is the best rhythm game on the Wii for several reasons. Firstly, it has a Downloadable Content songlist which grows weekly. As of 2012 there are thousands of songs, they’ve included bands such as Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Nirvana, Coldplay, Creedence Clearwater Revival and many many more. Another reason for this game being good is that after the longRock Band 3 is the best rhythm game on the Wii for several reasons. Firstly, it has a Downloadable Content songlist which grows weekly. As of 2012 there are thousands of songs, they’ve included bands such as Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Nirvana, Coldplay, Creedence Clearwater Revival and many many more. Another reason for this game being good is that after the long wait since Rock Band 2, Harmonix has been busy tinkering with the game and adding new features to many of the game’s essentials.

    The biggest difference between Rock Band 3 and Rock Band 2 (or the Guitar Hero games) are the ‘pro’ instruments. These instruments include a more complex guitar controller, extra cymbal pads for drums and a 25 octave keyboard. Pro instruments are more complex than their standard counterparts, even on the easiest difficulty. They are however a great stepping stone for those who want to learn instruments for real. The keyboard controller has a pretty unique ‘pro’ mode which requires you to play some of the 25 keys which contains two full octaves (white and black notes included). The note charts for ‘pro’ keys is confusing at first, but the colour coded elements help to keep playing the keyboard possible. Chords and fast fingerwork are required at the higher difficulty levels. In addition, the keyboard controller can also be used to player Guitar and Bass notes in any song.

    The 83 songs on the Rock Band 3 disc are good for the most part and encompass every genre. There will be a few songs you might not enjoy playing but there will also be a few songs which you will most likely play many times and possibly find a new band that you like. Of course when you take DLC into account, you have an entire library of songs to enjoy and purchase at your own leisure (200 Wii points per song, the price varies for ‘track packs’, which are bundles of songs at a discounted price). The only problems unique to the Wii version are temporary freezes, missing bands during songs or issues dropping out to the main menu. However these issues are very minor and usually resolved quickly. Multiplayer is a fantastic aspect of the game. With several friends you start to develop a sort of camaraderie like a real life band would. You’ll discuss songs you’d like to play and take turns with the various instruments, even helping friends with local or online challenges. You can organise and create set-lists of songs which can be played at any time, these can be shared with other online users. The online community is diverse and Harmonix are constantly seeking user song suggestions, some of which lead directly to new DLC.    … Expand

    La inclusión del teclado no fue tan interesante como cabría esperar y la banda sonora dejaba que desear respecto a los anteriores, por no decir que repetía canciones de otros Guitar Hero, demasiadas.

    We wish it was cheaper, but Rock Band 3 is the ultimate music game on Wii even if you don't re-mortgage the house to buy the new instruments. [Issue#56, p.59]
