    This game is little more than a candy-themed tech demo. It has horrible combat mechanics, terrible level design, and don't get me started on the glitches. This game is one of the reasons the Wii was known for 3rd party shovelware.

    My first playthrough was ok but the fighting mechanic is terrible, and the controls are unresponsive that I tried to keep swinging my wii remote and sometime won't register my swing. I can't get past to level 1.

    No. This is the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL BAD. One of the worst video games ever released for the Wii. The only reason you would buy this is to see how bad a Wii game could possibly be. It's too short, too glitchly, too awful for ANYONE to play. The best part of the game is when you break the disk in half. Thank god, it's shorter than... well, any game really.

    This game is garbage. I hate the graphics so much. The game looks like it was actually made in 1996 rather than 2005. The attack controls are clunky. If you are on the ground, the sword attack is unresponsive, and therefore, you can miss enemy with it, due to how very laggy the attacks are. About the camera, it's very slow to control. Also, in this port, to jump, you must swing the Nunchuck, which is one of the worst ways to jump in a video game. However, the game has an interesting protagonist design, and it can even fit on a TV show, or even comic series, and the cover is cool. These are the only good things about the game, the rest suck. Seriously, do not buy this game, and if you will see one copy, stay away from it and do not even bother buying it.… Expand

    I should be getting paid to play this game. Paid a dollar for Complete game and I regret it. Dollar totally wasted.

    The reason I bought this game originally was because of Namco's I-Ninja (PS2) of which I played as a kid and is underrated gem, in my opinion. Anyway much like most things on the Wii this was yet another letdown for my 11-13yr old self.

    The Bad: The difficulty. I don't know if it's just because I was still a tween playing this game or if it was actually hard but I remember the enemies being relentless, a crappy jump, and one of gaming worst cameras. I want say much about the graphics since it's Wii shovel wear but just know there is nothing in this game that is creative.

    The Ugly: This game is a reskin of Anubis II (or vice-versa) like the exactly same layout and everything. They changed nothing from the two. Oh, and to make things worse two year later the game was reskined again as Rock N' Roll Adventures. I haven't played the other two but once you've played one of these then you've play them all.    … Expand

    This game is just some mario copy with no uniqueness, awful controls, even worse concept, and can be beat in LESS THAN AN HOUR!!!!! I've played some bad games before but some had at least decent things about them, weather its decent concepts, graphics, controls, game play, etc etc. But not this game, its the worst I ever played (so far)

    I can't understand what ANYONE would like about this pile of trash! The characters are terrible, the story sucks, the graphics are awful and the gameplay is HORRENDOUS!!!!!! DEFINITELY avoid it!

    This game and all the other Conspiracy Entertainment games make me actively angry. This is literally the same game as Anubis II, Trixie in Toyland AND Rock n Roll Adventures with a re-skin. LITERALLY THE SAME GAME and all 4 are being sold at the same time on both the Wii and the PS2. That is just plain despicable.

    Actually the only good thing about this game at all is the chuckle you get at the clever name, so um YES IT IS.

    As much as I adore my Nintendo Wii, I have to say that this is the one game I played on it that I didn't enjoy. The graphics make it look like it's an N64 game, the controls are terrible(particularly the motion controls), the soundtrack is grating, and a piece of toast has more personality. I bought this game when I was seven at Gamestop, for FIVE DOLLARS, and to this day I still wish IAs much as I adore my Nintendo Wii, I have to say that this is the one game I played on it that I didn't enjoy. The graphics make it look like it's an N64 game, the controls are terrible(particularly the motion controls), the soundtrack is grating, and a piece of toast has more personality.     This game is a pile of crap. Not only it's the worst Wii Game, it's also one of the Worst of All-Time. The graphics are awful. The gameplay is unforgiving crap. The controls are the worst. Ninjabread Man is the worst Wii Game ever and you need to avoid it at all costs because it sucks and it's a waste of your time and money. Buy Super Mario Galaxy 1&2 instead.

    Ninjabread Man for the Wii is quite simply a bad game. There are 3 levels in it (4 if you include the training mission). However, this isn't too bad if you can get the game for a cheap price. The graphics look like they're from an average Nintendo 64 game, and the sword motion controls barely work. (although you can get through the game by using ninja stars) the enemies are cupcakes, jamNinjabread Man for the Wii is quite simply a bad game. (although you can get through the game by using ninja stars) the enemies are cupcakes, jam sponges, wasps, and other sweet snacks. In each level, the objective is to collect electric rods (I don't know why that happens in a gingerbread and cake universe) so that you can activate a time machine for Ninjabread Man to escape to the next level. The game is about 2 hours long (with no additional modes) and has no storyline outside of being plunged into Candy Land to fight off enemy cakes.     This game is terrible! Has to be one of the worst Wii games out there. The graphics are awful. The level designs are horrendous. The controls are very broken. The enemies are way too tough. Ninjabread Man is completely unplayable and please do not buy this game. It sucks.

    This game is the best Wii game ever made. The unresponsive controls really make it for me. I love it. You see, the game is a commentary on game design. This game is extremely artsy. This game is not just the best Wii game, Its the best game ever made.

    A true masterpiece of our generation. I'll be playing this classic for years to come. Ninjabread Man is to the Wii era what Sonic was to the Genesis era.

    Ninjabread man is an action adventure platformer developed by data design intereactive, and published,by conspiracy entertainment, and man is this game a conspiracy, i played the game at my cousins and the first five seconds i started to notice problems. The controls are broken, the graphics and sound suck, the mission structure is repetitive and the checkpoint system is simply broken.     This game is a deep and heart-filling masterpiece filled with mind-blowing plot twists and amazing set-pieces. I could sit here for hours - Nintendo have made the game of the centu- Wait, what? Ninjabread Man? Oops, wrong game.

    I'm not going to dignify such a poor platformer with anything above zero points, the main character seems promising on paper, but is poorly implemented in a buggy, irritating and massively overpriced game, would be considered bad value for money even at 500 points on Wiiware

    This game is so bad, i would rather jump off the CN tower in Toronto. 3 levels in the game and i didn't even get past the first level! And would someone mind telling me how cupcakes can come to life?

    Ninjabread Man lasted half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Three levels down and I was booted straight back to the main menu without fanfare. I thought I'd pressed the Quit button by mistake... Half an hour and one hundred percent done.

    Very basic platform game with a promising lead character. Not actually awful but it's overpriced at 20 pounds and a little frustrating for younger players. [Christmas 2007, p.65]
