    Black Arms is a mixed bag. It has some nice features and offers a bit of old school charm, but it just doesn't go far enough. For gamers who love mindless gunplay and have a weak spot for on-rail shooters, Heavy Fire: Black Arms isn't a bad way to spend $5. But for everyone else, that coin would be better served by saving it for the next Black Ops or Halo: Reach map pack.
