Hello Kitty Kruisers is mediocre at best. This is a mock, yet I guess you can call it a "knockoff" and insult to Mario Kart 7 and 8. The graphics are bad. The controls are okay. The vehicles suck. The courses are mediocre except for the final cup. If you had to make a decision whether to buy, skip, or rent, I would say skip/avoid, unless your daughter wants it. I am disappointed that it isn't like Hello Kitty picnic. I never expected it to live up to the greatness of Hello Kitty picnic but it still is an amazing game overall. The graphics are great and the controls are fluid and smooth. Storyline is amazing and character development is almost perfect. Overall good game.

I really love this game. I have always loved the Hello Kitty franchise but this game stands out. A true wonderful racing game mixed with an amazing plot and great graphics. If I could rate any higher, I would because it deserves it.

Good graphics. Great engine. Amazing Kruiser simulation AND most of all, great Hello Kitty simulation.

Buy this game if you are a true Hello Kitty fan.

I can't believe I give this a 10. The game is actually fun and doesn't have huge flaws and is very entertaining at best. This game I LOVE to play and I don't really recommend this game to much.

I have a soft spot for the Sario brand, so I figured I'd give this one a go, just to see what would happen. I am presented a nice cast, but they all lack any sort of personality. The tracks are all just 4 themes that never differ with each track. The physics are way off, and for some reason, the walls are made of sticky tape. For what it is, Hello Kitty Kruisers is not the worst game I’ve ever played, by far, it’s just not all that it could be. Overly simplistic races and a lack of depth in terms of racing and unlocking content affect what could be an actually decent racer for Wii U. If you enjoy the Sanrio universe or you have kids in your life that would enjoy a simple, easy racing experience, the small price tag at least isn’t a deterrent to picking it up.

Also, what is likely the strongest selling point of the game, the Sanrio license itself, doesn’t feel put to use as widely as it could have. Characters are fully mute and do almost nothing to convey their personalities. Fans wanting to know more about the characters will also find nothing here.
