    Word Search by POWGI is a great choice for anyone looking for a laid back solo gameplay experience or a game that can be played multiplayer with anyone, regardless of their skill with gaming. Although, the majority of the fun to be had lies within multiplayer. If you are looking for a go to game for travel with family or friends, Word Search by POWGI is worth taking a look at.

    Obviously, I’m not going to be all hyperbolic and claim that Word Search by POWGI is a GOTY candidate or anything. It’s a solid game, and nothing more than that. But sometimes, solid is good — particularly if you’re a word search fan and you’re just looking to to have 300+ puzzles on your Switch. It’s not going to wow anyone, but it does what it sets out to do.

    It is a puzzle title well executed at a playable level, with enough variety of puzzles and that will delight lovers of the genre. However, the absence of modes and a poorly worked interface mean that it lacks charisma and, therefore, it is likely to go unnoticed.

    Word Search by POWGI is a fun word search puzzle game that works well on the Nintendo Switch. It's little more than that.

    Word Search by POWGI isn’t going to that’s blow you away with its ingenuity nor is it a particularly exciting experience. Instead, it’s 300 plus word search puzzles with a four-player element thrown in for good measure. It’s an easy way to pass the time sure, but one that’s also devoid of any real substance. Exactly what you expect it to be, no more, no less.

Come forma d'intrattenimento è perfetta e nel corso degli anni, questi puzzle game sono stati trasportati anche su diversi dispositivi mobile. Oggi, è la volta di Word Search by POWGI per Nintendo Switch, una console perfetta da portare anche sotto all'ombrellone.
    ​​I puzzle dove bisogna cercare le parole, sono essenzialmente un'esperienza da vivere in solitaria, anche se in due o più persone, ci si può divertire ugualmente. Lo stesso vale per Word Search by POWGI, ci si può giocare da soli o in compagnia, per trovare più velocemente le parole (in inglese). La formula di gioco è semplice e rilassante, ed anche la colonna sonora d'accompagnamento lo è.
    ​​Tuttavia, Word Search by POWGI non è solo un'esperienza single player rilassante, ma è presente anche una moderna modalità multiplayer competitiva molto divertente. Questa richiede di trovare le parole prima dell'avversario per vincere la sfida. Si passa così da una ricerca rilassata di ogni termine, a occhi che vanno continuamente su e giù alla ricerca delle parole più difficili. Il gioco diventa incredibilmente frenetico, soprattutto nel momento in cui i due giocatori individuano la stessa parola e muovono freneticamente il cursore per evidenziarla prima dell'altro.
    D'altra parte, il multiplayer rivela anche uno degli aspetti più frustranti: la navigazione dello schema di gioco. Purtroppo, il colore del cursore è lo stesso della parola che si sta cercando di evidenziare, per cui perderlo di vista o non capire dove si trovi è un'attimo. Inoltre, spostare il cursore mentre si utilizza un solo Joy-Con in posizione orizzontale, non è proprio il massimo della comodità. 
    L'estate sta arrivando e chi cerca un puzzle game rilassante da giocare sotto l'ombrellone prima di tuffarsi in acqua, troverà in Word Search by POWGI un'ottimo compagno di giochi. Interessante anche in due, se non fosse per dei controlli quantomeno ostici.
