It's not a golf game. It's a game where you bring just about anything from point a to point b by setting direction and power. The levels (I would not say: courses) are very creative and it's fun, but it's neither challenging, nor strategic or complicated. It's a nice game to play for a few minutes now and then and I enjoy it and the creativity makes me smile sometimes, so I guess it doesIt's not a golf game. What a bizarre and fun game, completely unique and incredibly weird, but clearly made with love. It's a game for people who love golf games, but also for people who hate golf games and I really enjoyed how unique and quirky it was.

What the Golf? Is amazingly witty and creative in a way that I've never played before or since. You can't be in a bad mood playing this game because you literally laugh out loud.

After 100% completing the game, I just wish I could play more. Very much looking forward to their next game.

What the gold is a great absurdist game that I love because I hate golf. Every level is very creative and it’s a game worth completing. I look forward to more games from this developer.

A funny little game that feels like a drive down the gaming memory lane. It proudly wears its influences: Katamari Damacy, Loco Roco and WarioWare. So great for short sessions. But over the longer time starts to feel repetitive (especially in DLCs). And some levels will be frustrating to get the crown (doable nonetheless).

If it hasn't been clear so far let me get it out of the way: This is not a golf game. Instead it's a surprisingly fun mini game collection that you can play alone or with a friend.
The typical mini game has you traverse some kind of obstacles to reach a goal. These obstacles are often hilarious and physics based. As such I am reminded of games like Happy Wheels, Goat Simulator and Wario

Not every mini game is great: some feel to easy or can be cheesed while others might be frustrating (though usually you can skip those). But overall this game is a lot of stupid fun which you can either play in bursts by yourself or share with friends as it is easy to pick up and makes for a great party game.

I played it on my iPad and yeah sure there were a lot of cool surprises and cool twists but at no point was I BLOWN AWAY! It's a nice TIME WASTER and nothing more. There's no deep mechanics or anything. It's one of those games that you can just watch people play and it would give the same experience because there's barely any challenge!

Must be missing something, I don't get this rubbish little waste of time, it's not really a game more a kind of doodle with lame humour (so lame it should be funny, it's a miss)
I've tried multiple times, but lose interest on the hole selection menu, it's all downhill from there.

Hilarious, easy to play and recommend. Great for couch co-op taking turns in the main game or in the new multiplayer mode. Watch VideoGameDunkey's video to get a feel for what the game is and how it plays

What The Golf? made some of my favorite Nintendo Switch memories! From the zany and wacky levels, to the fantastic party mode, there's a HOLE lot of fun to be had!

I'm sorry I didn't play this game sooner! - I thought it was just a wacky golf game, but the puzzles and challenges were so much fun! It's got a simplistic art style and rudimentary story, but the gameplay is solid and the pop-culture references and references to other games are phenomenal.

Absolutely loved it ! It's funny and surprising, and it's not all about golf. It's about all sports and fun, gameplays of other games involved. Sometimes levels are harder and interesting, sometimes its so easy and its there only for laugh. But always entertaining and surprising. Its just gives you feeling of satisfying .

Literally the best indie game I've ever played. I freaking love it. It's so goofy and it always adverts your expectations, and I love how it plays off the fact that golf is such a boring sport (

It's silly, it's fun, it's a golf game but not a golf game. Not many games make me laugh at loud, but this certainly does. Very easy to keep playing; a great casual game to pick up and play for a few minutes too. Only downside is that it isn't particularly challenging - there's very few "courses" that you'll need to play through more than a few times.

This is the Bill Bailey of golf games. An insane, surrealist experience that throws so much at the wall - often literally - that a lot of it sticks. It's inclusive, and enjoyable, to the point that anyone in the family can pick it up and play, while still managing to offer up a real challenge in later stages and on the online modes. Fun, funny, replayable, and certifiable. While this may not be everyone's cup of "Tee," no ifs, no putts, this is one you won't fore-get soon.
