    I could not experience the game on the Nintendo Switch a lot because the button layout does not make sense, it is not intuitive and breaks the game. I hope the controller button layout gets fixed in future updates.

    This game was not good. I played for an hour or two before determining it was a waste of my time. I’ve read some of the sequels are better; maybe I’ll try Trine 2 or Trine 4 next....

    Un juego que ha envejecido muy bien, mundos hermosos, historia encantadora, te sientes ágil y divertido controlando los personajes. La jugabilidad es mejor del juego, puedes pasar el juego como sea, todo vale. El último mundo es súper difícil, pero cuando lo pasas se siente muy bien. Un clásico en toda regla. Las cosas negativas: los jefes son malos, no ofrecen esfuerzo alguno y debes adivinar qué hacer para matarlos; solo hay un tipo de enemigos: esqueletos, pudieron esforzarse un poco más; no tienes la opción para cambiar de botones, me molestó un poco sobretodo porque estoy acostumbrado a saltar con otro botón; una vez que pasas el juego no hay más qué hacer, comenzar otra partida nueva y listo.… Expand

    Trine has very good visual effects, combining with simple, but neat gameplay. Overall, it look cozy and beautiful.

    Good level design, very addictive puzzle+platform game. The gameplay is smooth and satisfying, the music is relaxing. The cons are the bosses, a little annoying. But it totally worth it.

    The remastered version of the game that started it all. Honestly I think it's held up well over the test of time. A straightforward puzzle platformer with minimal story but a constant state of "It doesn't matter how you get past the puzzles, so long as you do." The difficulty is reasonable, but certainly still there, and can lead to a few frustrating deaths. You can also clear the game inThe remastered version of the game that started it all.     The Bad:

    - Never found internet players despite trying to find a game for months - The story is extreamly boring - Casting the magic for triangle is hard because it was not remade for controllers The Good: + The game is cheap to buy and it gave me 10 hours of gameplay. + The game is looking good visually + The game is functional, it is not a spagety code gameplay, jumps are    The Bad:

    - Never found internet players despite trying to find a game for months
    - The story is extreamly boring
    - Casting the magic for triangle is hard because it was not remade for controllers

    The Good:
    + The game is cheap to buy and it gave me 10 hours of gameplay.
    + The game is looking good visually
    + The game is functional, it is not a spagety code gameplay, jumps are working, hitting enemies is working.
    + There is a bonus level which is actually great.
    + Most levels has 1-2 secret areas which are then added to your score, which is good for replays.

    Conoclusion: A solid, cheap game. But don't expect to have a single game online and casting core moves might not work and the story is very very boring. Play and delete type of game.    … Expand

    Great game. Stunning and beautiful visuals . Very well thought puzzles. Overall an enjoyable experience

    This game oozes kitschy cheapness, it being an indie doesn't excuse that. Not only that, it has wonky controls and has a deceiving extremely low number of different enemies. The camera is badly programmed in co-op mode, it basically just follows one player often letting the other one in the dark.
    Then there are a few bosses in the game you have to fight, why not a final one?

    I am going to say i am a late bloomer when it comes to the Trine series. But i just finished this one and i must say it really is a fun game. Very well done single player and with co-op. Looks very good docked and in handheld and it smooth 90% of the time. Story is not to bad either. Only problem is sometimes the button layout on the switch is odd. Great game.

    Trine: Enhanced Edition es un juego de aventura, acción y puzzles 2D muy divertido y bonito. Sin ser este uno de mis géneros preferidos, me ha gustado mucho. Es precioso musical y visualmente. La jugabilidad es variada y entretenida, los puzzles para conseguir todos los coleccionables son muy entretenidos, complicados pero no imposibles. La historia es muy sencillita, pero cumple de sobraTrine: Enhanced Edition es un juego de aventura, acción y puzzles 2D muy divertido y bonito. Sin ser este uno de mis géneros preferidos, me ha gustado mucho. Es precioso musical y visualmente. La jugabilidad es variada y entretenida, los puzzles para conseguir todos los coleccionables son muy entretenidos, complicados pero no imposibles.     Trine doesn’t feel dated despite the near decade that has passed since its original release, though there are still things that need ironing out. With more Trine to come on Switch, hopefully the newer titles provide rectification.

    After nearly a decade, Trine Enchanted Edition still looks and plays as wondrously as ever. Its progressive reward system and ability to cater for gameplay variety keeps the adventure entertaining for the half a dozen hours or so it takes to complete the game. As a result, it suits the Nintendo Switch nicely despite the fact that the importance of a Right Stick makes split Joy-Con accessibility a missing feature. If you do happen to have a few sets of Joy-Con and Pro Controllers spare though, it’s certainly worth having a crack at multiplayer. For Trine Enchanted Edition is best served as a team effort with allies you can depend upon.

    The game can get a little dull over time, especially if you’re trying to get through all fifteen levels in a one sitting, but like most things in life, Trine: Enchanted Edition is better with friends. One last point I’d like to make: I staunchly recommend against playing without a Pro Controller. I thought the Joy Cons were rather unwieldy for this particular game and not at all comfortable during some of the more intense platforming sequences. Do yourself a favor and splurge on the better controller if you have the means to do so.
