    Traffix is deceptive with its beautifully clean minimalist aesthetic. That theme is juxtaposed next to its frantic, reflex-based gameplay that will have you hitting the restart button time and again to get a perfect score. Nevertheless, it turns the typically stressful situation of a congested commute into that of a fun strategy game that can be enjoyed by anyone.

    Traffix presents a simple but effective concept: a puzzle game built around the task of controlling streetlights. Simple, but challenging, as the difficulty level begins climbing quickly enough, sometimes too much for some players to handle, but the overall experience is nothing but a success, especially with the game’s slick controls.

    Traffix isn’t a hugely expansive experience – there’s no two player mode for example, and it’s perhaps a little too slight for some – but it’s a undeniably satisfying action puzzler that’s perfect for short bursts of play.

    Traffix ist schlicht schön; Farben, Schatten, Geräusche summieren und dabei fühlt man sich ein wenig wie Heinz Erhardt als Streifenpolizist.
