Imprescindible, lo mejor de lo mejor en cuanto a juegos de puzzle en primera persona en Nintendo Switch. Una pena que haya tardado tanto en llegar, pero el port es realmente bueno.

Talos principle is a great 3d puzzle game, based on manipulation of few simple objects like blocks and coloured beams. The puzzles are really good, like it's been years since I've found game challenging but not unfair like this, very few puzzles have any running or platforming components, they are generally solvable by just figuring it out. Closest game I can think of is maybe portal 2. Music is ok in the background, not very memorable but appropriate. The switch port specifically suffers from lot of slowdowns which is a bit annoying since the graphics aren't really that amazing or anything. Expand

"Having played many excellent Portal clones throughout the years, including the wonderful Superliminal, I can honestly say that this one is my favourite of the bunch. Even though it can’t take the mantle from the two Portal games, it’s still a tremendous game that puzzle fans should adore. Heck, I’m not even much of a puzzle fan and I absolutely love it! Buy it now, or wishlist it and buy"Having played many excellent Portal clones throughout the years, including the wonderful Superliminal, I can honestly say that this one is my favourite of the bunch. I love puzzle games, Zelda, Rime, Brothers, Lara Croft Go,, but this game just wasn't fun to play. After a couple of puzzles it already felt repetetive. I normally get the kids to help with puzzles but they were pretty uninterested and after a bit, I just thought I'm not intersted either. How could I expect them to hold interest when I'd lost interest. I got it in the sale and it wasI love puzzle games, Zelda, Rime, Brothers, Lara Croft Go,, but this game just wasn't fun to play. How could I expect them to hold interest when I'd lost interest. I got it in the sale and it was a complete waste of money. It was £6, I have bought games for 89p that have been much better. My Brother Rabbit albeit mostly hidden object, still has puzzles and it was way more enjoyably and was about £1.30.

This is one of those games that just gets raved about for nothing.

The experience is definitely different than most and is worth exploration. [Issue #45 – March/April 2020, p. 25]

Although I can’t fully pinpoint exactly one thing that made The Talos Principle great, there was something about the game that just felt incredible while playing. It provides such an amazing puzzle-solving experience that’s backed by an overall strong story that I can’t recommend this game enough.

What it mostly comes down to is whether or not you need this game on-the-go. The Talos Principle is great and absolutely worth it for puzzle fans, but the Switch port doesn't present it in the best light. If you can set aside performance issues, however, this is a wonderful game to play portably.
