    A nice mechanic. But I'd like to see more levels, and a smoother difficulty curve.

    I found this game to be underwhelming, especially given it's very solid review scores. I didn't find the gameplay all that engaging and some of the levels are more frustrating than fun. I decided to play something else after about an hour and a half and I'm very unlikely to ever return to this again.

    The Next Penelope is an explosive mixture of speed and action with a good level of progression and difficulty. However, the title is somewhat short and leaves us wanting more adventures.

    The Next Penelope: Race to Odysseus brings a very welcome mix to the usual racing game genre, presenting a wide variety of contents and a plot that acts as the thread for the races. Thanks to a simple and intuitive gameplay and to its challenging difficulty level, The Next Penelope only feels like it doesn't deliver when it comes to multiplayer, as it lacks an online multiplayer component, as well its short lifespan.
