    With its pop-culture pastiche, serious love for ’80s synth and usual passion for jousting, Super Hero Fight Club: Reloaded is certainly one of Nintendo Switch’s most unusual multiplayer offerings. While it’s not the most original concept, it does get extra points for the clever use of power-ups and hazards, making it a couch-play experience that will frustrate you and make you punch the air in triumph all at once.

    A measly simple game that could have been dumb fun ruined by the addition of game breaking characters. Not worth more than 2 dollars.

    Two to four players, chasing each other around an arena that's mostly empty, except for a few powerups and environmental hazards. The one who stabs the opponent (or shoots it, or smashes it, depending on the character) wins.

    That's all there is to Super Hero Fight Club: Reloaded. You can play with bots, or friends on a couch. The entire game feels a bit like watching fish chase each other around a tank.

    SHFC:R has a nice retro TV graphics, but don't confuse it for another Towerfall. With skeletal options and shallow gameplay, you'll probably get bored of this game in half an hour. I rarely look at the pricetag, but I did in this case: for 10 bucks, there are vastly better games on the eShop.    … Full Review »
