    Super Cane Magic ZERO is the perfect example of how to best nurture the creativity, style and humor of a cartoonist without making a product destined exclusively to the fans. This new game by Studio Evil manages to be modern and fresh gameplay-wise without sparing tributes and citations to the gaming and pop universe.

    Super Cane Magic ZERO is a 2D action RPG that thanks to its animation art style and absurdly funny plot, stands as one of the most original games of its genre in recent times.     Super Cane Magic Zero is a crazy, weird, out of this world game that is fun for the first hour or so before getting frustrated with the controls and attempts at weird humor.

    I'm mostly disappointed in Super Cane Magic Zero. The fun, dumb world and deep RPG mechanics could have hooked me, but the punishing repetition and clunky combat kept me angry through almost all of my playtime. An extremely specific group of hardcore goofballs could have fun with Super Cane Magic Zero, but most players can find a better use for a group of friends.

    The nonsense story and a humour that never seems to land hinders this rather simplistic Action RPG. Gameplay can be enjoyable, but everything around the games core becomes tedious rather quickly.

    I was waiting for this day to come so long. I tried their steam early access and I just love this stupid silly but crazy hilarious jokesI was waiting for this day to come so long. So there are basically 2 big features, eating almost everything and throwing any items I can grab to get rid of monsters. Very fun to play arena with friends as well.     I've waited nearly 4 years for this game since early access on steam.
    As a fan of Sio and his work, it was worth the wait.

    It is a total different fantastic game compared to their earlier versions and much improvements have been done at all the modes available.

It seems like I have to wait 3-4 minutes watching this load every time I change scenes. It's very aggravating. It seems like it is poorly coded for it to take so long. It is several times worse than Chrono Trigger when it came out on the Playstation, for anyone who knows that suffering. I really hope they can fix this, because it makes me hate a game I could probably enjoy.… Expand
