The evils that escaped this Pandora’s box, still loyal to the alien genes within their flesh, could not be controlled by humans. Our extinction is upon us!

    Dr. Hartmuth Griesgram, a heartbroken and eccentric scientist who is responsible for the creation of synthetic humans, activates his accursed human manufactory one last time to unleash his ultimate creation and his final hope: the prototype SturmFront battle unit. A flawless cyborg engineered for war.

    You play as Siegfried von Hammerstein, a unique semi-organic battle unit whose only purpose to exist is to kill and destroy.

    -Purge the mutant with your flamethrower

    This is a fun retro twin stick shooter. Everything here is pretty authentic to the early 90s - the graphics, the gameplay and the cheesyThis is a fun retro twin stick shooter. Everything here is pretty authentic to the early 90s - the graphics, the gameplay and the cheesy sampled sound effects. The heavy metal soundtrack certainly adds to the atmosphere, as does the cutscene artwork. I finished this game on 'easy' in about 35 minutes with a few deaths and restarts required. This is certainly a solid game but it is also pretty plain and simple. I can see myself revisiting this for a few more playthroughs but I don't know that I'll get more than 3 hours play out of this one. I paid $7.50 for this on special which I feel is a fair price. At $15 it's not great value for money given the playthrough is so short. My favourite twin stick shooter is still Assault Android Cactus hands down!… Expand
