SOR 4: Anniversary is a very good game for anyone who likes a good beat 'em up, however it is just a tad overrated, and here's why; while it is fantastic to have as many characters in the game as you now do it is also lazy that older character designs do not get a SOR 4 modern interpretation. You get the original sprites from their respective games haphazardly copy/pasted into SOR 4 without regard to scaling or artistic consistency which just leaves a very slapped together somewhat visually jarring experience if you don't use the filter for retro graphics. I can't help but feel an opportunity has also been missed in not having a branching story approach bringing back some levels, reimagined, from older SOR games as well. In terms of content the last thing I'm not really a fan of is not being able to play as Skate. These things aside SOR 4 Anniversary is otherwise an enjoyable experience for anyone that played the older games or likes a good beat 'em up in general.… Expand
