Oct 10, 2017A simply fantastic game, incredibly fun to play and along with the portability feature as well as the exciting, upcoming multiplayer feature, this game is simply a must have for all Switch owners!

Oct 6, 2017A beautiful game in the vain of harvest moon that doesn't just meet but surpasses my expectations and there are so many things to do in the experience. The presentation is also perfect with beautiful graphics and music.

Nov 2, 2017Stardew Valley is the Harvest Moon style game I am looking for for a long time. The switch version for me is so far the best way to enjoy this game, even though there are minor problems like the looong save & load time.

Oct 27, 2017This game is one of the best gaming experience I have ever had. The only problem is that it doesn't support the french language (wich is not realy a problem) it is harder to play but it's still of curse a extremly good game. It is a mature game wich is really good for the switch, I think the switch really need more games like that.

Nov 4, 2017Wow, just wow. This game is cute, has an amazing farm and dating sim. Also has RPG elements. Oh not to mention the dungeon crawling that is also fun. Countless secrets and lots to do. Good music. I like fishing and collecting all the museum items.

Jun 27, 2022Good alternative to Animal Crossing as you have more to do and see the results :)

Jun 11, 2018I'd give it a 9 or 10 if I didn't lose a 40 hour save to a bug.
Besides that, this game is simply amazing. You can do whatever you want. There's no rush to complete things unless you put that pressure on yourself. You can marry candidates of either gender regardless of your gender. There's mining and fishing and farming and honey and wine and... omg just play it already. -
Feb 5, 2018I have put in over 100 hours into this amazing game. It is highly addictive, and at times, overwhelming in its varied gameplay. It is hard to believe a game with this much depth was designed by one person.

Jun 3, 2019This is one of the best simulation games on the Nintendo Switch. It’s immersive, funny, and original (as far as farming simulations that have been done a hundred times go). It has great replay-ability and continues to offer a stream of free updates adding more content. For $15 this game is a no brainer.

Jan 11, 2023I'm a busy man and I've spent more than 200 hours in this game. And now I'm married and happy... both in real life and in Stardew Valley... so yes, this is a 9.

Oct 10, 2022I obviously have to give it 5 stars, because its a 45$ game value being sold only for 15$ and its very fin and very addictikng. You are basically constantly upgrading everything, and its not boring like animal crossing, crops don't take as long to grow. Just buy it and thank me later
-
Oct 28, 2021I didn't thought it was for me until i saw it on sale. This ladies and gentlemen is a MUST BUY. Relaxing on a farm, planting crops, talking with npc's and mining in caves plus much more. (seriously get it it's better than animal crossing new horizons)

Nov 16, 2021I found the day-to-day chores tedious and couldn't find value in the in-game currency, but it has a lot of charm and is probably perfect for the intended audience.

Oct 4, 2022An astonishing labor of love made by one person. While it seems simple at first, the game becomes increasingly deep and complex. Super satisfying and relaxing to enjoy, plus the coop mode is a blast. Only minor complaints would be the clunky dialogue and non-existant NPC AI (villagers can't navigate obstacles).
-
Oct 7, 2022you do need to have the wiki open and do a bunch of research before being able to finish the game. This does not mean that the is not enjoyable. It's super fun. But I literally had to have a little real to do list and multiple tabs open to beat it. Kind of helped my depression in a way I don't fully comprehend as well. Just got me excited about doing mundane tasks.

Oct 6, 2017What can I say other than Stardew Valley portable? The game came out yesterday and i already sank over 10 hours in it. Even if you have already played it on multiple consoles and the PC the portability of the Switch is a match made in heaven for Stardew.

Sep 27, 2018I haven't played this game that much, but I haven't enjoyed this game as much as would've liked. It's probably just not a game for me. though.
-
Dec 19, 2018I didn't like the game. It offers a uncountable number of things to do, but it didn't give you a reason to do it. It was simply borring for me, however the game it well done, and have a lot of content.

Jan 2, 2018The portability of the Nintendo Switch makes this undoubtedly the best way to play Stardew Valley. Unless you are really keen on modding the game, the combination of easy portability and excellent controls makes this a staple in any well-rounded Switch library. It's still the same great farm simulator it was on PC - robust, full of secrets, and comes with an inescapable charm that will keep pulling you back in, season after season.
