The game is ideal for switch. I was playing it while watching a series on TV and I had a great time. It is challenging at first but it has satisfying game loop. You go to the dungeon, you slay some monsters, you die, and then you can buy upgrades. It quickly becomes easier. It has some village management and cute Legend of Zelda like world and dungeons with plenty of secrets and puzzles. The game is ideal for switch. I had a smile on my face almost the entire time during playing the title. Later on, you are getting access to more advanced mechanics and you can spend hours searching for collectibles. I stopped after completing the main story but still it was a lot of fun.

A fun adventure in the links of four swords adventure. Would be a 9 if there wasn’t so many minor problems (especially in multiplayer) that quickly stack up (too much screen shake when someone gets hit in multiplayer to know what’s going on, too easy to get soft locked in multiplayer, the screen spreads out too much to see things like pressure plates) but other then that, this was a veryA fun adventure in the links of four swords adventure. Also the reviewer that gave this game a 70% for not enough “character development” is stupid, cause that’s not what this game is about at all Expand

I tried the demo first, which I highly recommend. The demo completely sold me on the game, then I played it on multiplayer with my daughter which took it up another level entirely.

Basically the developers took "Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past", improved the basic game mechanics like movement speed and fighting, gave it some basic world-building elements, then slapped multiplayer on

If you loved Link to the Past, you will love this. Sure there are some gotchas with multiplayer but this game is a gem. Plus you can sometimes get it on sale on nintendo.com (I got it for $12 which is a steal).

    Highly, highly recommend. 9/10

Although Rogues Heroes is another Zelda-esque dungeon crawler, it sets itself apart with its numerous class options, captivating environments, and addictive gameplay! The game has bugs and glitches, which can be annoying, especially in co-op mode. Nonetheless, it offers an entertaining adventure you won’t want to miss!

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a game that I didn’t expect to love as much as I did. With an in-depth upgrade system and the perfect mix of adventure and rogue-lite elements, fans of those genres will find themselves at home here.

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos draws inspiration from some groundbreaking references when it comes to adventure games, and adds to them an extra level of challenge with a roguelite component. But while the simple gameplay, the world development possibilities and the co-op experience are indeed very welcome and well implemented, an overly simplistic plot, a lacklustre protagonist and redundant character development mechanics make this a game of limited appeal outside its narrowest target audience.
