Mar 11, 2024But don't let these less bright spots mislead you. Promenade is a great game that I still find just as solid and engaging as when I first encountered it. If you're interested in a different kind of platformer that offers an extra dose of puzzles, this is definitely one of those indies you shouldn't miss.

Mar 1, 2024Despite the colourful and generally chill aesthetics, Promenade is certainly not a game to be trifled with. This only made us enjoy the game all the more though. What could have been another bland indie platformer is something much more interesting. So if you’re looking for a new platforming challenge, we’d highly recommend Promenade. It’s charming, well designed, and has a few interesting new ideas of its own.

Feb 27, 2024While it isn’t without its faults, Promenade is a game that generally impressed me. As obvious as the idea of doing a 2D take on a 3D collectathon is, doing so successfully is another matter entirely. That this game has managed it without stumbling too much speaks to its quality. It’s one of those cases where if you think the idea sounds good to you, you’ll probably enjoy the results.
