Pile Up! - Box by Box is a great 3D platform game, which brings together all the pretty basic elements of games of this genre into a fun experience. Assuming the purpose of a cardboard box, you must use your skills to jump and to stack up other boxes, in order to reach all the objectives and bring peace back to the island.

Pile Up! screams “family-friendly”, so if you’re looking to pick up a game to play with some younger kids and want to stretch the experience out, you can certainly do so here. For anyone else, though, Pile Up! is probably a game you can safely overlook. No matter how cute it may be, it’s not exactly fun to play, and at the end of the day, that’s the most important thing.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It's my favorite indie game. I like 3D platformers, crafts, cute things and cozy music a lot for some reason. I also like puzzles and figuring out things on your own without games telling you what to do. And the slight difficulty because of the viewing angles. I feel like this game was made for me. I enjoy playing this there is nothing negative I can say. Paid 15€, the game has 4 Levels Expand

That’s where a title like Pile Up can be easy to appreciate, as while more veteran gamers may find its puzzle platforming elements to be a bit simplistic, people who are less seasoned may really latch onto the overall approachability of the experience. That it is perfectly viable (though at times a bit tougher) as a solo game or can work nicely with a team of up to 4 people is then just sort of icing on the cake. The game looks colorful, its cardboard cutout figures inspire creative thoughts, and while not everything you see is a gimme, for the most part gamers of any skill level should be able to find success with it. While it isn’t without its flaws, if you’ve got a younger gamer-in-training around, or simply someone who normally feels overwhelmed by more intense experiences, it’s a great and generally simple title people should consider.
