    Great turn-based RPG. The combat is subtly complex, but it's the art, music, dialogue, and story that really make this a unique experience. The game is super creative and in many ways feels like a fever dream.

    Amazing, heavily underrated game. A must for everyone who loves games like Mother/Earthbound, Undertale and Eastward. It's changes you as a person.

    Omori is a great hidden gem.

    If you think about getting the game and are on the fence because it could be scary, it is not. Omori has it's unsettling moments but they are never truly scary moments. This game is a great representation of the topic trauma. The only small bad point for me is, one part especially ,,escaping the dungeon'' feels a little dragged out. If you like    Omori is a great hidden gem.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Omori is a game where it's story is a shining spectacle here. The gameplay is typical turn-based RPG combat, so it isn't really that much to write home about, but the story is just beautiful and is definitely one of the best stories told in gaming. The different scenarios are really reminiscent of Undertale, however because you get attached to these characters much more than Undertale, it hurts when something bad happens to them, such as learning of Mari's death in the real world or Basil's suicide if you don't check on him on the final night. It's very emotional, and it did what many games couldn’t do for me: it made me have an emotional attachment to the characters I love. Because of that, I don't think I can do another playthrough for a couple of months, but it’s definitely a game I wouldn’t mind picking up again and starting a new file. It’s definitely a must-buy for those looking for an emotionally gripping story and one of the greatest indie games of this decade so far.… Expand

    Omori isn’t a game that we would say is for everyone, but it’s the kind of thing that seems like it will deeply resonate with its intended audience. If you’re looking for a funny, sad, creepy, and downright disorienting RPG adventure, Omori is something you won’t want to miss. The memorable narrative, offbeat sense of style, and high replayability make this one easy to recommend, even if the plot pacing can feel sluggish and the combat doesn’t always deliver on its potential. We think Omori is an experience that’s worth your time; give it a shot if you want to try something a little different.
