a decent game that lacks a bit graphically but makes up for it in atmosphere your stuck in a ship with several monsters that will attack you if you try to escape they have weaknesses and can be outsmarted but you will die a lot really a lot before you finally win.
the game itself was fun to play and at times tricky due to the traps and collecting items to aid your escape by life raft

the game itself was fun to play and at times tricky due to the traps and collecting items to aid your escape by life raft submarine and helicopter its tough it can frustrate but why have you hands held I enjoyed it too often a game makes it easy for you not this one sure there's ways to beat it and escape I've beaten the beast and got away which felt great first but the other monsters are just as bad and will kill you again and again the music is minimal the sound effects decent enough to warrant this game worthy of buying

I've spent a lot of time with this game lately and I can tell you that it's generally worth buying the game. It has a very oppressive atmosphere that is present throughout the game. The replay value is high and a round can last up to three quarters of an hour.

The three escape routes are in places that are easy to remember. I also like that the three escape routes have a certain difficulty level which makes the game much more fun. Each escape route has its own items to escape with that route. No other route has the the same items. can actually destroy the escape route in the last few moments makes the game more challenging (and also more frustrating when the monster completely ruins the escape).

I have to say about the monsters that they are all fantastic and have weakening and strengthening characteristics. Each individual monster has its own theme, which I think is great (and the themes are even good).
-Playing against the Brute is also fun because it's the fastest monster (but still slower as a player).
-Playing against the Hunter is also a bit fun. It's only annoying when it comes out of the vent or one of the egg sacs and kills you instantly (rarely happens only)
-The Fiend is by far the most annoying and unfunny of them all. The only way to tell when he's around is that the light is flickering. It also sometimes makes humming noises, but they are quiet and ring each other as if it were just a background hum. He is also there very often and is always where the player was last. It is best always (or almost) to keep moving.

The music in the game is fantastic. She is disturbing and terrifying. The themes of the monsters also match each one.

Overall, Monstrum is a very good game, but it still has a few bugs here and there.
I would recommend it. But not for those who haven't tolerated any at all or who like and/or want very fast gameplay.
