May 10, 2023Great great game, its an emotional roller coaster and I am still not sure if the second plot twist was a secret ending or something but this is just a beautiful story that made me feel more than any book, movie or game I've experienced this year I absolutely loved it.

Mar 27, 2023We found Meg's Monster to be a short but beautiful experience. Its emotional story with plot twists, its fun combat and its art style and soundtrack are remarkable, and make the game worthwhile despite being a short and quite simple title.

Mar 15, 2023Meg’s Monster tells the story of a big, mean monster who stumbles across the responsibility of caring for a little girl; if she cries, she brings on the end of the world. Playing as the monster, Roy, it is your job to help Meg find her way back home from the underworld by protecting her from other monsters, and playing with her to keep her happy. This unlikely pair forms a sweet relationship in this cute and heartwarming story that is definitely worth a play.

Mar 14, 2023Meg’s Monster is a fantastic narrative experience. While it’s not the most mechanically rich RPG around, it’s not really trying to be. It’s here to tell a story, and it does so wonderfully. The characters are memorable, the plot is engaging, the presentation is sublime, and it’s on the whole just a hard thing to dislike at all. I haven’t been on an emotional roller coaster like this one in a while, and I’d handily recommend it to anyone looking for a touching story to play.
