Mar 13, 2020There’s no doubt Mathland is good as edutainment goes, and using math problems as a way to unlock more “fun” levels is a good way to make players stick to doing math (though, as far as I’m concerned, it was the math problems that were the real reward). It may not be the first game you give to a young gamer as they start playing the Switch, but it’s still worth getting it for them eventually.

Feb 26, 2020MathLand isn’t going to blow you away in any one aspect, but the sum of the parts makes for a quality educational game that deserves a nod of recognition if you’re in the market for this. At a scant 133MB in size and priced at $6, MathLand offers a fair value for the type of experience it offers.
