I really enjoyed my time playing this. I loved the Scooby Doo atmosphere and although is a family friendly game, some puzzles and bosses demands some very clever solutions (but it's never frustrating or unfair). Not a walk on the park for sure.

You need to find all the elevator buttons to reach the last floor (there are 17 floors total) to rescue Mario and Peach. Each floor has it's own theme from discotheque and gym to something totally unexpected for an hotel like a pirate (including an ocean in it) and an Egyptian floor. However, some of the floors felt rushed compared to others and there's no big reason to keep exploring them after you beat its corresponding boss as collectibles gems and boos are kind of useless.

Anyway, it's a good game and I'm happy for what it is. For the next one, I'd really enjoy if they do something like a Metroid style exploration and hope they bring the polterpup back, he is hilarious.

Superb game, played it with My 5 year old and it was a solid 14 hours of entertainment- he absolutely adored (mainly watching). Really starts easy but the challenges do ramp up. Bosses creative, as are the levels. The game devs should be super proud of themselves!

Great game, though I wish it had more interesting side content than collecting jewels and catching boos, I remember the first game was a bit more interesting to explore

Most NS enjoyable game as far. Likewise other luigi's mansion game, this one's bigger, funny and shinning than others. Nice game with tons of hours to spent inside this adventure. One of the best nintendo switch games.

This game is extremely fun and interesting! I think it’s the BEST game on the Switch. Lots of action, puzzles, and boss fights. Can even be challenging for an adult. great art & production design, cool ambience & sounds, unfortunately it is a good looking game that simply isn't much fun to play, controls are constantly awkward and progression feels more like a chore than a desire. some of the boss fights are downright annoying.

Like the previous two main entries, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a fun and charming adventure game, with the new gameplay features adding to the experience. It's closer in progression style to the first game than the second's mission format, but I think that works to its advantage. However, there is a certain section with frustrating controls.

It's got the same charm of the Luigi's Mansion I played all those years ago on the GameCube. Much more creative with the boss fights, a lot longer, collectibles and more. I put at around 20 hours into the game before I finished it.

Only thing I missed was Luigi humming along to the song while walking around :')

It's a really good game. I actually think it's the best installment in the series yet. It's very creative with its locations and the soundtrack is great. The design is actually really nice and the atmosphere is good!

A few minor things are sometimes frustrating. One of the most annoying things is the unchangeable camera. The camera is always very "horizontal" and sometimes you can't really see the depth of the room and have to do some "leaps of faith" so to speak. It can be hard to estimate distances in the depth. The gameplay is nice but can get a little dull after some time.
    Overall, good game :)

Loved every moment i played it. I dont understand some negative reviews. Maybe the game is more for active gamers or older gamers? (i'm 38).

It would have been nice if there were more upgrades/possibilities. And a pity that only multiplayer DLC's have come out, i want more single player pls.

Best Luigi's mansion game, and probably the best switch looking game. the game is huge with 17 different levels to explore. all completely unique. great lightning and art direction. I had little bit if problems with the controllers at the beginning of the game, but I got used to after the first hour. completely recommended.

A really genuinely fun game, with loads of new and creative game mechanics. However the way many of these are implemented are random and can often leave the player in a sticky situation.
The map design can also feel quite restrictive despite its beauty...

Not at all like the previous Luigi's Mansions -- UTTERLY bland... uninspired, unengaging...

BORING. generic "ghost busters" game: That is a *DISGRACE...* to the ones that came... before it.

The first game I played on the Switch and I loved it. Great gameplay, fun puzzles, beautiful graphics with cute and funny animations of Luigi and the ghosts or other characters. Probably the best things about this game are the different themed levels so the game doesn't become repetitive. I would recommend this game to everyone, it doesn't matter what age the people are.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 is the 3rd installation in Nintendo’s Ghostbuster-inspired franchise. The game takes place in a hotel, where Mario, Peach and 3 Toads get kidnapped by the hotel’s ghosts. Luigi, with the use of Professor Gadd’s newest Poltergust and the guidance of Polterpup, his ghost dog pet, has to explore the 17 different levels of the hotel in order to free his friends.

Luigi, with the use of Professor Gadd’s newest Poltergust and the guidance of Polterpup, his ghost dog pet, has to explore the 17 different levels of the hotel in order to free his friends.

The game is played from a fixed 3rd person camera. For Luigi’s different abilities, there is the option to use the triggers/shoulder buttons or the normal buttons for an old school style. Using the shoulder buttons feels better since sometimes Luigi needs to move, aim with the right stick and use his abilities at the same time. In comparison with previous installations, the game offers more exploration, new Poltergust abilities and co-op gameplay.
Playing with a friend is the best way to experience the game and makes the gameplay feel more comfortable and easier than playing solo. There were times where gameplay felt like it was designed especially for co-op. For example, in some boss fights, swiftly changing between Luigi and Gooigi was a bit challenging in single player compared to playing co-op. The multiplayer mode is not the game’s strongest point, but it is decent nevertheless; Games on the Switch that offer up to 8 player gameplay both locally and offline are always welcome. Nintendo also released a DLC multiplayer pack which adds a variety of stages and styles of multiplayer mini-games to enrich the multiplayer experience.

With regard to graphics, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is one of the best-looking games on the system. The game looks awesome in both handheld and docked mode, presenting a perfect combination of vibrant colors, polished art style, and spooky atmosphere.

Overall, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is a significant improvement upon its predecessors and offers a very charming experience and one of the best co-op experiences on the console. Multiplayer mode is a neat plus for enjoying various mini-games with up to 8 players.

Luigi Mansion 3 looks good BUT controls are kinda clunky and the new dumb downed slam mode replaces what made the battles so amazing, having said that its nice that they tried something new. The overall experience of the game is very lighthearted and ditches the dark atmosphere (I mean the flashlight is barely needed).

The overall experience of the game is very lighthearted and ditches the dark atmosphere (I mean the flashlight is barely needed).

You can easily see the superiority of the first LM game when it comes to dark, complex halways that unlock certain sections and you're like how do i open this door and then you do and you got up a floor for example..find keys and unlock new areas that connect and your blown away where the games had mystery and eerie feeling leading to the next area. This one doesnt have any of that.

-Controls are whacky, its so hard to shoot the plunger high up accurately or suck with the vaccum because for some reason it has a auto aim which turns Luigi is the wrong direction all the time, so frustrating because you consistently lose control of the vacuum.
-Scarescraper feels very lackluster whats with only 3-4 ghosts and constant timer on, but its definetly fun to some extent but i liked Dark Moon better.
-Screampark is a huge disappointment. very lackluster minigames with 2min timer (again with the timer) then when the game finishes you get a black screen that says Retry or Quit, i mean really ? No nothing, just.. that.

LM1 was a good GC game (not perfect) and LM2 tried something new as an amazing handheld game with so much content and introduced Scarescraper which could easily be improved upon. LM3 not only doesnt manage that but does nothing new while recreating similar recipe but its just not as good.
One of the few new things is Googi, so you can play the story co-op or different extra modes on the couch which is a fun addition. Or if you're playing by yourself you have to control 2 Luigi's while the other sleeps which is kinda weird but its fun. However it seems playing the game 2 player is the best fun to be had here.

Overall verdict: Good graphics, entertaining yet ultra childish cinematics but game riddled with inaccurate auto-aiming, needlessly tough boss fights (onlt because of the controls) and a predictable yet underwhelming online MP while the game feeling incredibly rushed and lazy with just a new floor with barely any of them attached except the bottom ones (hence the rushed feeling i get from devs). Also the lack of spooky atmosphere, Luigi humming and just battling ghosts with analog instead of pressing A was sorely missing.

Despite the many flaws i enjoy the game and for me, around the time Polterkitty arrived the gameplay started being alot more fun, some of the floors were good but it was such a bore to play through, i didnt get that feeling while playing the other 2 titles.

It is a worth playing game. Fun enough to play until the end, not so good replay value. Interesting mechanics, a funny story, and good animations. On the contrary, it has a very low difficulty, puzzles easy to solve, and gameplay at some point becomes repetitive.
