Dec 3, 2022It's not great. Many things are very unbalanced, decisions very questionable as to if they really affect anything. Just another ho-hum addition to a genre that is becoming over saturated like many before it.

Jul 30, 2022On the whole, the title is really fun to play. Thanks to the good implementation, the storyline is convincing and still pleasing today. Thanks to the different approaches, there are many options available to you. So you should give "Long Live The Queen" a chance and get a really good visual novel for your console.

Oct 3, 2022Overall, Long Live The Queen is a really fun game with endless hours of replay value. It’s challenging and can seem initially a bit overwhelming in its vastness but will win you over with its charm and ability to not take things like failure seriously.

Jul 23, 2022Long Live The Queen is a deconstruction of the princess trope for what you will eventually discover about its world and characters. It takes time, effort, and patience to see the best that it has to offer. Those looking for another Princess Maker experience will probably already know not to look any further than here. For everyone else, the main caveat is that it takes a lot of commitment to see the worth of Long Live The Queen, but as a triumph over adversity tale and one that runs smoothly on the Nintendo Switch with its touch screen making reruns all the more seamless, Long Live The Queen will undoubtedly surprise you one way or another.

Jul 22, 2022The subtle and ambient piano music goes well with each scene and it adds another layer of immersion in the princess’s situation. The fictional world doesn’t leave much of a lasting impression, but the characters, their bonds, and their intertwined fates are compelling, making Long Live The Queen an exceptional choice-based game with a depth of possibilities that makes it far more than just your usual ‘princess maker’ game.
