Fun to play, though the story isn't super compelling. I don't particularly mind the downgraded visuals, but as the game stands now it's pretty unstable with online turned on. I've had the game freeze on me at least once already and completely crash another time. The framerate with online turned on is also very low, but tolerable because it's just in the hub. I really like this game, the only thing I am really missing is bobobo, he was my favourite character of all jump games.

1st, I never play handheld. Always on the 50".
    2nd, I never play online.
This is a hard game to score because it has nothing good going for it, it is a bit of a nasty set of style and design choices, pretty unattractive in general. The sum of its parts is also not great but there is still something very entertaining about it. I'm not marking it down for faults, I am marking it down

I'm not marking it down for faults, I am marking it down because it just isn't in the same league as others such as Blazblue, Garou, Streetfighter 2 etc. The standard for fighters was so high nearly 3 decades ago and this just doesn't cut the mustard. Great game in its own right? Yes. Great game when compared with its competitor's? No. Is it great fun firing Kurapika's chains and Hisoka's bungee gum? Of course it is.

Technically Jump Force is a great port for Nintendo Switch. Visuals are good and frame rate is good as well. Loading times are much faster compared to Xbox One or PS4.

The game itself is a great experience for manga/anime enthusiasts or fans of 3D arena fighting games.

It is a mixed bag. On one hand, it's awful and just bad. On the other, hee hee funny anime men go brrr. The story is awful, the missions are all repetitive, and the fighting is practically button mashing. Even worse, I played on switch. It ran okay, and looked decent. The art style was a weird choice. Expand

If I were reviewing this on solely on art it would be 10/10. However, every other frame is so laggy that the game is unplayable. I don't see why other people are rating this anything above a 2. A game isn't supposed to be this harsh on any platform.

This is a good game, but I wish that there were more places to travel to in the game. Also, I wish that Leonard would say more things in the game.

Un juego de lucha divertido con una amplia variedad de luchadores con mucho carisma, buena banda sonora, el sistema de combate es sencillo pero también es válido.

The fighting mechanics are passable at best, and the huge roster of fighters is a great boon, but with its incredibly poor performance and boring story mode, it is just best to avoid JUMP FORCE altogether.

Jump Force: Deluxe Edition isn't a terrible title, but you have to be willing to forgive its numerous issues to enjoy it. The fighting is flashy, but it lacks depth since you can button-mash the attack button and win just about every match. The character roster is smaller compared to previous Jump games, and some of the dream interactions are hobbled by a less-than-stellar story and a lack of voices to make the interactions impactful. There are certainly better fighting games on the system, including a few licensed ones, and the only reason to give this one a look is if you really, really need to have some sort of crossover going.

If you’ve ever wondered who would win in a fight between Luffy and Goku, this game will satisfy that itch…but if you’re someone for whom the first half of this sentence is meaningless gibberish, then there’s really nothing here that you’ll find appealing. And honestly, despite the number of Japanese games I play (which is entirely due to my Vita addiction, rather than because of some fondness for anime), I can’t say that I fall into that camp. Which means that all that’s left in Jump Force is an ugly-looking game with extremely repetitive action — and honestly, why waste time or money on that?
