    A fantastic piece of work with great ambiance and creative narratives. You might think luck is all you need to clear the chapters but actually the game has some interesting hidden mechanisms to boost you which you may accidently find. It's not only a card game, a puzzle game as well.

    The game is still excellent ! The story, the ambiance, everything !

    The only thing I have to Say, is that I was expecting a touch control… and they chosed to do it with ABYX buttons. (Maybe the touch control wasn’t accurate). And the only problem I have with ABYX controls, is that I make a lot of mistakes due to reflex acquired in other games… (like ending my turn by pressing left trigger    The game is still excellent ! The story, the ambiance, everything !

    Wow! This is will be remembered as one of my favorite all time gaming experiences! The card gaming is fantastic and all the other atmospheric story elements, cut scenes and plot twists are outstanding! I love the way new mechanics are introduced all the time to keep things fresh and interesting. The difficulty is also perfect - challenging but very few annoying or frustrating bits to dealWow!     This game is absolute perfection. I waited so long for this game to come to Switch and it was beyond worth it. Every aspect of this game is a 10/10. Story? Characters? Gameplay(s)? All perfect! Each and every twist made me appreciate this game more and more. I have never liked a game as wholly as this. I would 100% recommend this to literally everyone.

    possibly my favorite game of 2022. amazing atmosphere, very fun card game. Go into this game knowing you will have to trial and error (even coming from MtG and Hearthstone) because the AI cheats and you have to learn how to prepare and adapt. You end up taking smart gambles with hard choices the game presents, that slowly but strongly changes your deck. Dark trippyness, surprises worth notpossibly my favorite game of 2022. amazing atmosphere, very fun card game. Go into this game knowing you will have to trial and error (even coming from MtG and Hearthstone) because the AI cheats and you have to learn how to prepare and adapt. You end up taking smart gambles with hard choices the game presents, that slowly but strongly changes your deck. Dark trippyness, surprises worth not spoiling, and replayability due to challenges and new cards. Game is much longer than it seems. I struggle to come to complaints 10/10… Expand

    A suprisingly unique gaming experience, that i can't recommend enough! The less you know the better. The game has strong roguelike deck-building mechanics and an exciting story to tell.

    This game is utterly fantastic. It feels like a labour of love. So weird and so wonderful. I haven’t played anything quite like it before, and likely never will again.

    One of the best games I've ever played. The first phase (the cabin) seemed amazing to me and had me hooked for days. The second one not so much, but still quite good. I'm lovin 'it!

    Easily one of my favourite games, the card building sections are addicting with a charming atmosphere, each act of the game was good in its own right however the first half is definitely the best. The secrets involving the cards wasn't deep but it was still engaging to find the truth, also Kaycee's Mod being a free DLC definitely has been where most my playtime has gone, only issue is thatEasily one of my favourite games, the card building sections are addicting with a charming atmosphere, each act of the game was good in its own right however the first half is definitely the best.     I loved the style and atmosphere of this game and wished there were more like it. It's cozy and creepy at the same time. At it's core it's a simple but fun card game mechanic, but through the story there are many different ways to chenge the gameplay with boons, bonuses, new cards and other perks.

    There's a certain element of luck in the game, Some runs you're just unlucky and won't    I loved the style and atmosphere of this game and wished there were more like it. It's cozy and creepy at the same time. At it's core it's a simple but fun card game mechanic, but through the story there are many different ways to chenge the gameplay with boons, bonuses, new cards and other perks.

    There's a certain element of luck in the game, Some runs you're just unlucky and won't have a proper chance to win, other runs you just get lucky and finishing the campaign is easy. I usually find that annoying, but in this game it just somehow works.

    I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys roguelikes, card games and Lovecraftian horror. It's a great game.    … Expand

    Very interesting game with interesting plot twists, I think this is the best card game with unique mechanics of all time, the only negative is part 2 of the game, it is a bit boring

    Easily Daniel Mullians best game. The atmosphere is great, the gameplay is quite fun and the game has several very fun Mullians esc subversions. I think what really elevates this over his other games is a core system that's actually fun to play beyond just being a vehicle for his meta subversive storylines.

    Has a neat atmosphere but the actual game is ass. You might find it enjoyable if you love boss fights that are incredibly one sided and requires more luck than knowledge though. I sure as hell don't find that funny though. Playing squirrels all day for them to die over and over so you can actually play one if your cards...no idea who thought that was fun. Play a better card game than this.

    The first act of the game is great fun, as you slowly solve the mystery of the cabin and build you deck. loved every second of it. however, the second act went out of its way to ruin everything that made me love the first act. The art style is different, the horror elements are all gone, theres no draw control over your hand, and the boss fights are just stupidly unfun.

    Bought it twice now on both PC and console, both times it was a blast. It can be a little confusing right in the middle but that's by design.

    Inscrpytion did the impossible, it made me want to buy a booster pack of a card game. Not even a particular card game, but just any so I could relive the feeling of buying them as a kid and seeing what I’d get. Maybe I’ll even boot up a run of Rogue Legacy, since it’s been a few years. Or, I could just play more Inscryption. I could continue to theory craft about my newly discovered Mullinsverse, fascinated by the ways Inscryption begs players to dissect it down to the pixel. This game was made with an infectious love of card games, rogue-lite games, and just games in general. I have to say, I’ve caught the bug.

    Terrifying and enigmatic, Incryption is an unparalleled experience that proves that you don't need miles of exploration or complicated dynamics to fascinate, horrify, and simultaneously teach you how much fun card games can be, especially when you add a few dungeons to them.

    Turn off the lights and go into your play of Inscryption knowing you will experience a narrative like no other. The gameplay is well done, but the story that lies under it is perfect. If you are a horror fan, do not skip this one.
