Mar 25, 2026Hunt the Night is a dark fantasy action-RPG where you play as Vesper, a skilled Stalker fighting to reclaim a world overrun by monsters. You explore interconnected environments, solve light puzzles, and battle both standard enemies and challenging bosses using a mix of melee and ranged attacks. The game combines fast-paced combat with atmospheric pixel art and a haunting soundtrack to create a tense, immersive experience.

Apr 12, 2023Hunt the Night moves smoothly just like her protagonist, Vesper, without forgetting to indulge in its aesthetic and musical delicacies, revealing to be capable to build a well-structured, stimulating dark fantasy ambiance, effective both in the exploration and in its combat system. The soundtrack is excellent, and some tracks have left a deep mark in our mind. Some undeniable technical issues notwithstanding, we can’t help but applaud Moonlight Games for its capacity to build a retro action adventure that looks at the past its aesthetics, but gives a deep insight at more modern experiences.
