    Poor performance and ugly. Bad porting. Pc version is much better. I hope dev can fix performance.

    For a little context on why I gave this game such a low score, I'd like to talk about the PC version. The PC version of House Flipper is a brilliant game and a heck of a lot of fun, but not very well optimised. It isn't the most graphically impressive of games, yet it runs like a clogged toilet on anything that isn't a gaming PC. I have two devices that can run Skyrim with no problems, andFor a little context on why I gave this game such a low score, I'd like to talk about the PC version. The PC version of House Flipper is a brilliant game and a heck of a lot of fun, but not very well optimised. It isn't the most graphically impressive of games, yet it runs like a clogged toilet on anything that isn't a gaming PC. I have two devices that can run Skyrim with no problems, and they can't run House Flipper on the lowest graphics settings for love nor money.

    This issue is also present here in the Switch version. The controls sometimes feel really sluggish, as does the framerate, and there's just enough input lag to be noticeable. I also swear it's making my Switch run hotter than any other game I own - and this is all in spite of the fact that the graphics are cranked down massively compared to the PC version and really do not look very good at all. The Switch is capable of running better-looking games at higher framerates, so I surmise this game may just be a port of the PC version, and not a very good one at that. Not to mention that as of the launch day, it appears to not have any of the DLC or many of the items that were subsequently added to the PC version.

    Still, if you can get past all that it's still the House Flipper I know and love. Get this version only if you don't have a PC that can run it decently, otherwise it's not worth your money.    … Expand

    Do NOT buy the Switch version of this game. It's by a different publisher, who basically abandoned the title completely after publication and refuses to offer any of the free or paid dlc. So you're stuck with the core game and nothing else. Buy this on PC or a better supported platform.

    ok its not a pretty game but its fun if you like watching paint dry....well I do its a chill game or a 2nd job as I like to call it a teaching aid for kids to kinda give them an idea on what a house has go though to be perfect the game is really fun downloaded the Switch version of the game and I own the PS4 version thanks to the devs/publisher but have to be honest this game needs moreok its not a pretty game but its fun if you like watching paint dry....well I do its a chill game or a 2nd job as I like to call it a teaching aid for kids to kinda give them an idea on what a house has go though to be perfect the game is really fun downloaded the Switch version of the game and I own the PS4 version thanks to the devs/publisher but have to be honest this game needs more DLC there's so much on the way youll spend a lot on it but thankfully you can pick the DLC you want honestly I enjoy watching my daughter play the game she loves iit i spent hours on it too until she deleted my PS4 save file so bang want my playthrough lol so its decent play well after the patch and needs a better save game system to protect your save files… Expand

    This game should cost £10 max... hard to control..gyroscope option is a waste a time. They need to fix a drift issue. I can be standing there in the middle of a living room aiming at some rubbish, then suddenly I slide to the left, through an open door and into the garden LOL

    The graphics look good on a nintendo switch. Controls need time to get used, after a few hours the controls are fully functional.
    Nice port for a long time.

    Really good game to kill some time, have some minor issues but overall it's great fun, really entertaining. Obviously it's better on PC, but porting did quite nice job, and i enjoed it while travelling, keep it up.

    I cannot describe how many hours i tanked into this game... Think minecraft for bigger boys. It just keeps on giving.

    Game itself is good, the controls are very hard to deal with compared to the PC version. The graphics are low, but understandably so because of performance

    Really have fun with this. I realized that many bugs from PC version i know, was removed in this version. Graphics could be better, but i know, that switch isn't powerful device.

    I’ve had a lot of fun with this game, simply perfect for spending free time! The performance didn’t bother me much. And the use of gyroscopes is one of the best ones that I’ve seen in a Switch game!

    This game is a lot of fun! I have played this game religiously and it's VERY addicting! This game has you do almost EXACTLY what you'd imagine... Fix clients houses as well as having a house flipping mechanic built into it! This game is one of those games where you turn off your brain to a certain extent and relax... Keep in mind that this game isn't everyone's cup of tea BUT, I thinkThis game is a lot of fun! I have played this game religiously and it's VERY addicting!     Me he divertido mucho con este juego, ¡simplemente perfecto para pasar el tiempo libre! La actuación no me molestó mucho. ¡Y el uso de giroscopios es uno de los mejores que he visto en un juego de Switch!

    I loved this game! Yes, graphics could be better, but that's not what the game is about. Who thought cleaning and fixing up houses could be so relaxing?

    As others have mentioned the Switch version of this game is awful. I don't have a gaming PC and the Switch is my only console at the moment due to funds. I made me mistake of purchasing the Switch version of House Flipper without looking it up first because it was on sale. I didn't imagine it being such a poorly ported edition of the game but it is.     I played this on Xbox one first and wanted it so bad on the switch. Now I have and it is NOTHING as good as on console. Super limited on choices. Ugh. Waste of money. Maybe if they gave an update... until then I wouldn't recommend.

    There’s truly so little fun to be found in House Flipper, where ugly graphics, awful controls and some tedious UI all combine to create something far too dull to recommend. You’re better off watching paint dry.
