Home has been an indie darling since it’s original release of 2012 but with the Post Mortem edition, you get bonus areas and clues that give new twists to the story plus director commentary throughout. The director's commentary really goes in depth on the design and intentions regarding how clues worked adding another layer to the already multilayered package presented. An indie darling indeed.

Home is an excellent game and this Postmortem Edition acts as a wonderful reintroduction for fans. A must-play for indie enthusiasts.

This Postmortem Edition has given me a new respect for Rivers and his development process, but I still feel the same about Home now as I did years ago. It's a unique little game that is worth a playthrough, but I believe Rivers went on to better things with both of his follow-ups (especially the wonderful Alone With You from 2016).
