Jan 21, 2019This game is a legit great workout. Really fun. I had muay thai classes, I'm hitting heavy bags regularly, and this is perfect shadow boxing workout. Voice acting of some trainers could be better though.

Jan 16, 2020Over priced; Unrefined; Weak as workout. The game gets really easy really fast. It's basically like going on a walk in terms of workouts. The levels that require more moving are the most frustrating because the game barely picks up the motions. Not worth the price. Should be a $15-20 game at the most.

Apr 17, 2020Considering that Ring Fit Adventure isn't available in my country, I found Fitness Boxing to be a good replacement. Being able to spend some energy and throw some punches during quarantine feels great. To get rid of the voice acting problem people mention here, I changed the audio to Japanese.

Jan 7, 2019Not as good as Wii Fit +, but still a good game for basic Fitness. Just don't ask more from it

Jun 8, 2020Pro: Good workout (for a while at least)
Con: Terrible hit detection beyond the basic moves. Whoever thought detecting steps with your feet via JoyCons in your hand needs to be fired. -

Jan 5, 2022Does not register side step, and does not provide workarounds except cheating by shaking joycon which disrupts normal workflow. If this is a normal game software this would be perceived as a major bug.

Sep 23, 2019It's actually a nice game, it helps you keeping a healthy lifestyle, besides the music and poorly made scenarios, everything in this game seems to complete it's purpose, keeping everyone fit. I truly recommend it if you are willing to exercise on it everyday.

Oct 5, 2019Good to break sweat. Game wise for the point and stars, can forget it. The movement pick up by the system is a totally fraud.

Jun 26, 2020When it comes down to it, Fitness Boxing isn’t a revelation. It takes a simple boxing workout and adds a layer of sparkle. The instructors do their best to motivate as familiar but cheesy music plays throughout but that’s about all it does. It just about does the job but your money would be best invested in the Ring fit.

Oct 15, 2020Fitness is there, but entertainment?
Playing is boring. On the one hand, there is too little music, and on the other hand, the coaching system is too monotonous. Hope the second generation can be improved. -
Aug 21, 2021A very good fitness simulator with progress, causing motivation to enter it every day

Nintendo Force MagazineAug 22, 2019With a few minor tweaks to the overall approach, Fitness Boxing could have been a more engaging way to fit some exercise in. [Issue #38 – March/April 2019, p. 74]

Feb 12, 2019Fitness Boxing is a better fit for me and while I may not get the body of my dreams using it, anything is better than what I'm working with now.

Feb 11, 2019Fitness Boxing is an interesting title compared to others of the same genre but, despite having really bright spots, it does not meet the expectations that the title itself generates in users.
