    With its minimalist presentation and gameplay variations, Ellipsis accurately captures the positives and negatives of classic arcade games. There’s not enough here to warrant lengthy gameplay sessions, but it’s fun in short bursts and looks great all the while.

    Mastering Ellipsis' tricky stages can require a great deal of skill and patience so it makes for a rather rewarding formula.

    While the gameplay can feel entirely different depending on the control scheme used, this doesn't affect Ellipsis' value as a good and fun game for shorter sessions. Those looking for a more in depth work, however, will find that Ellipsis is too short and runs out of options quickly enough.
