Sep 19, 2021Dice Legcay has a surprising concept and offers a tense and pleasant management experience, which during your first steps could put your nerves to the test. However, once the mechanics are assimilated, the progression is done in a fairly natural way, but does not manage to engage the player over time, Dice Legacy struggling to renew itself and contenting itself with offering constrained variants on the same card. , that only the most sensitive to the approach of the game will want to explore from cover to cover. There is nonetheless a game complete in its mechanics, quite original and enjoyable, which would however have gained by seeking more to renew itself.

Sep 15, 2021Dice Legacy does have some interesting ideas under its belt, and I’m excited to keep exploring the various strategies and play styles that its robust tech tree has in store. I find the experience quite taxing with how much improvisation and compromise it demands, so I’m saving it for a time where I’m in the mood for careful, organised play. If the idea of a strategy game with an unusual twist piques your interest, Dice Legacy is a great game to pick up – on PC. As enjoyable as the game is, the poor optimisation means Switch owners would do well to look elsewhere.

Sep 14, 2021Dice Legacy is a great mix of genres that we have fallen in love with. It will delight fans of board games and RTS. Recommended on Nintendo Switch.
