    An enjoyable Platformer with some extra mechanics other than just straight up combat. The combat feels good enough with some slight difficulty in having to block or dodge roll but does seems to get repetitive after some time. Kinda feels like a Dark Souls Side scroller. I thought it was fun and difficult enough not to bore me. Would recommend since it isnt a very expensive game at all.

    When you see a game average at 53 you certainly aren't likely to give it a try. You might give it a second thought, though, when it's on offer at eshop for less than a tenth of the initial price... Then you try it and what happens is that you cannot let go of it, simply can't put it down. I found out for myself that the tackily title game is just great.     El juego es genial, tiene un buen nivel de dificultad, buena ambientación y un muy buen gameplay. Su genero es Metroidvania, esta hecho para ser desafiante. Los comentarios negativos, son solo mancos frustrados o fanboys que no saben apreciar un buen videojuego.

    Niveles muy bien trabajados con un apartado gráfico decente, música a la altura y una dificultad que implica ensayo y error pese a lo corto que puede llegar a resultar. Sin embargo la rejugabilidad, conseguirlo todo y revelar pasajes secretos es una motivación para continuar disfrutando este juego. Un gran ejemplo de cómo se debe hacer un Metroidvania.

    Total waste of money. Every time I try to play it I feel more and more frustrated. HOW can you publish a game with such an outdated mechanics?! The graphics is something else... If you try to find those blue orbs you probably won't see them because they are the same color as the walls or something else! Terrible experience, I'll try my best to return my money for this junk.

    Just awesome levels, i really like this game. I really enjoy these weapons and their purpose and mechanics.

    Really underrated game, likely because most of the press reviews were before the post-launch update. It feels very much like a modernized version of Ghouls 'n Ghosts, with challenging and varied levels.

    Hey there. So I bought this game when it was $1.99 which I'm assuming was a sale price. And this game in my honest opinion has already given me a solid 3 hours of fun. I have only beaten the first four levels, (the levels are long) and I am excited to continue playing it, I am very impressed . Other then just a couple things Its almost a perfect platforming game.     Отвратительная игра. Выглядит не очень то и плохо но сама отвратительна. Идея с отпадающей рукой может и не плоха, но в остальном все плохо. Так себе уровни которы назло ещё длинные, ужасные боссы которых фиг поймешь как победить. Ещё был случай когда в уровне зависло все: шкала жизни, враги, посторонние предметы. Я не долго думая пробежал весь уровень. Игру не советую, разве что тем ктоОтвратительная игра. Выглядит не очень то и плохо но сама отвратительна.     There's some creative fun to be had in a few of the levels. But by the time you get to the first boss you'll be lukewarm on it. The first boss is just broken in my opinion, I spent far longer than I'd care to admit on it. It stopped being fun or tough-but-fair, and just felt like poorly designed trash. It frustrated me beyond belief. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone.

    I bought this game on sale. It’s really cool. It has something cute and welcoming in it. I’m happy everytime I find a purple orb, I think you call it, wich makes me wanna play so and collect more of them. The jump n runs are not to easy, wich makes it a challenge. It still would be interesting to see a harder mode I think! I think that the frame rate is also a problem. It’s kinda laggy onI bought this game on sale. It’s really cool.     Castle of Heart is a great 2.5D action platformer with beautiful levels and well designed enemies. Where it falls down is it controls with a platformer like this tight controls are a must and it sometimes becomes frustrating when deaths are not your fault.

    That being said if you can find this on sale like I did and work past the frustration then there is 4-8 hours of fun to be had with    Castle of Heart is a great 2.5D action platformer with beautiful levels and well designed enemies.     I bought this game for only 2 dollars and regarding its low critical scores, i knew it will suck. Unexpectedly, it was fun. However there is a lack of involving story. Also, what is the point of purple crystals? What happens if we collect all of them? I think the lack of unlockable items, only 4 chapters, and short story suggest that the developers hadn’t any hesitation time to publish; orI bought this game for only 2 dollars and regarding its low critical scores, i knew it will suck.     para lo que es, este titulo es bonito. Divertido, adictivo y te encontraras ante un reto si decides probarlo. Realmente te lo recomiendo si lo pillas en oferta.

    Poor production, so-so gameplay. No matter how you look at it, Castle of Heart is as dull as a generic sword sold by a random blacksmith.

    Castle of Heart is a sluggish, close to unplayable mess. Its combat system is almost non-existent, and what little good it has in its level design is quickly forgotten after hearing its awful audio quality, music, and experiencing the repetitive and often awkward movement mechanics.
