    For Tsubasa fans its 9-10, otherwiase its 8-9 Game. Need some fixes. But it gives amazing gameplay and fun

    Mediocre at best. It lost all RPG elements from prior games. Now looks more like FIFA with powers and live animations than a Tsubasa game

    Juego que tira de nostalgia para los que nacieron en los 80-90, dos modos de juego distintos, bastantes habilidades a dominar, como punto negativo esta que los nombres de los jugadores y el audio es en japonés, no hubiera estado de más una traducción.

    Bastante fiel al anime y con una nueva Historia muy interesante y los personajes increíbles tal y como se ven en el Anime, la verdad es muy buen juego. Si te gusta La franquicia de Captain Tsubasa lo vas a Disfrutar.

    If you like Captain Tsubasa anime or manga, you will like this game. It's not a common soccer game, it has some visual novel, "RPG", and fantasy soccer game with some arcade adds. Do not expect a PES or FIFA, it's not and it doesn't need to. I hope they'll add more content in the future, and some fixes for minor bugs. Love it.

    The game lools amazing inside PS4. On the other hand, in Scwitch the frame rate drops every time in game play and even in menus. The switch version sucks :/

    Tremendo mierdón. Le pongo esta nota porque se salvan algunas animaciones. Pero vamos, resumiendo, solo se puede marcar de una manera, no existen las faltas, y es repetitivo como él solo.

    Really fun game, really bad performance. Yes, playable, 100% playable because there are no actual physics involved. This framerate on a FIFA game or something like Rocket League would sink the game in a second, but here it's a little bit less worrying.

    Anyway, if you want to play it in portable mode, ok, but for a big screen, if you have the option to get the ps4/pc version of the game,    Really fun game, really bad performance.     Anyway, if you want to play it in portable mode, ok, but for a big screen, if you have the option to get the ps4/pc version of the game, go for it instead. It barely makes it to 25fps most of the time and the menus run at an even lower framerate. They should put a dynamic resolution thing on this one, even if the quality goes down quite a bit.

    About the game, nothing I can add to the obvious. It's a fully coin-op style arcade game, so expect any other than that and you'll be enormously dissapointed.

    If you are a diehard fan, it's flaws will fall short in comparison with the fun it provides to the player. And there's a little bit more depth on it than it seems, because of the weird rpg-ish elements implementation. The custom character story mode actually has some really good ideas that allow the experience to be pretty adaptable, with a friend system that I really like and other stuff that fits really well in Tsubasa's franchise.

    You like Captain Tsubasa and you can toletarate low framerates as it happened with, for example, Dragon Quest Builders 2? Then ok. By far the worst and more mistreated version, but still really fun and portable, the big reason I got it on Switch. It's a great game for a quick match, and it's really thrilling when a big-ass shot coimpletely ignores the keeper's stamina and goes in just because.

    It really, really feels like Captain Tsubasa and that's a big value for a game like this, so focused on pleasing the fan.    … Expand

    En primera, si tu quieres jugar FIFA, ve y compra un juego de FIFA. Ahora, considerando lo que es, un juego de futbol tipo arcade es bastante decente. Realmente tiene gráficos muy agradables, pero la cámara a veces se mueve de forma agresiva y podrás ver en cada partido al menos una vez que tu personaje se teletransporta hacia adelante para cuadrar con la animación. Es un poco raro, peroEn primera, si tu quieres jugar FIFA, ve y compra un juego de FIFA. Ahora, considerando lo que es, un juego de futbol tipo arcade es bastante decente. Realmente tiene gráficos muy agradables, pero la cámara a veces se mueve de forma agresiva y podrás ver en cada partido al menos una vez que tu personaje se teletransporta hacia adelante para cuadrar con la animación.     I love the Captain Tsubasa anime and I love soccer games. So this game was perfect for me and I quiet enjoyed it. Graphics are really good but sadly costs for this are frame drops. Especially special shots drop below 30FPS.

    Only for Tsubasa/soccer enthusiasts.

    7,7 Me parece que representa muy bien a la serie pero hay varios puntos que no me gustaron, los nombres están como en la serie en versión japonesa, la jugabilidad le falta por pulir, el modo historia tiene mucho texto, poca variedad de jugadores meta del juega. Eso si, es un juego entretenido y recomendable si eres fan de la serie.

    Únicamente recomendado si eres fan del anime, completamente tiene mucho fan service y eso esta bien, la verdad es un buen juego de tipo arcade, es divertido y entretenido, el simple echo de poder hacer el "Tiro con Efecto" o el "Tiro del Tigre" me llena de emoción, realmente sientes que estas formas parte del anime.

    Puede o no gustarte que no tenga traducción al español latino, pero en    Únicamente recomendado si eres fan del anime, completamente tiene mucho fan service y eso esta bien, la verdad es un buen juego de tipo arcade, es divertido y entretenido, el simple echo de poder hacer el "Tiro con Efecto" o el "Tiro del Tigre" me llena de emoción, realmente sientes que estas formas parte del anime.

    Puede o no gustarte que no tenga traducción al español latino, pero en mi caso al ver el anime en su idioma original no tengo problema con escuchar Tsubasa en lugar de Oliver Atom,

    Me gusto mucho este juego la verdad, como dije al inicio, solamente lo recomiendo si eres fan de la saga y como "contras" del juego son las siguientes:

    1- Llega a ser super molesto las cinematicas del juego, son eternas, llega un punto donde solamente quieres jugar los partidos, y sobre todo en el modo historia de Tsubaba donde, en mi caso, ya sabia cada uno de las escenas.
    2- El precio es muy excesivo para lo que es, y sumado que en mi país (México) le suben el precio pues no esta bien para tu cartera.

    Pero si el precio no es un factor determinante para comprarlo o no, ten en cuenta que te tendrás que aventar muchas, pero muchas escenas de diálogos, pero claro, las puedes avanzar.    … Expand

    This game on the switch is awfull. Loading is way to long and way to offen. Dribbling system is not working. And who made the shooting system with that awfull long loadtime needs to get punished.
    Little example: you get behind the last defender and want to shoot but oh no its taking ages to get the bar full to make a good shoot. Until your bar is full the midfield player or even a secound    This game on the switch is awfull. Loading is way to long and way to offen. Dribbling system is not working. Yes u can get that bar more faster full when u dirbble out the last 2 defender but yeah let one make a slide and r button doesnt work at all u lose the ball again while the bot can use everything perfectly. I didnt check yet the online mode cause i dont like to pay to play online. So if that is so awfull why do i give 4 or 5 points. Cause the rest is just nice, the animated cutscene or the little movies that u can see from tsubasa childhood.    … Expand

    honestly i love this game I have played over 275h

    +many differend kinds of shots, passes,dribbles and tackles +Story Challenges
    +no lootboxes
    + character creation

    -loading time WAY TOO LONG
    -Glitches
    -Online play SUCKS(DONT WASTE YOUR TIME)

    Yesterday I started it and played it for about two hours.
    Bottom line: This game is a disappointment. Too many loading sequences, the game tries too often to connect to the Bamco network, too much information at once in the tutorials and most of all: The handling is anything else than ergonomic.    On the quest of nostalgia I told myself: "Cool, an "Olive et Tom" game, got to buy this!"

    Me lo he comprado hoy y en menos de una hora me he arrepentido de hacerlo. Una jugabilidad muy muy muuuuuuy mala tanto que me cabrea jugar al juiego porque es mega injusto y hay muchas animaciones muy poco realistas. En serio, no miento si digo que preferiría que me partiesen los huevos de una hostia y que me operen de ello antes que jugar a esto.

    La IA es una mierda, cuando vas al    Me lo he comprado hoy y en menos de una hora me he arrepentido de hacerlo.     La IA es una mierda, cuando vas al ataque no sé que les pasa a los compañeros pero se quedan atrás y a veces si el balón no lo tiene ninguno de los dos equipos, tus compañeros harán todo lo posible para alejarse de ella. Solo hay que ver en un contrataque del equipo rival que uno de mis delanteros estando detrás del jugador que tenía la bola, prefería ir al ataque sin balón antes que robársela.

    Y ya no hablar de los penaltis que es lo más random que he visto en un videojuego; es tan básico como seleccionar a qué dirección quieres echar (arriba, abajo, izquierda, derecha, escuadra supreiior derecha...) y seleccionar la potencia de tiro mientras que el portero solo eliges a qué lado quieres saltar y hay una alta probabilidad de que te la metan aunque aciertes.

    Nunca pensé decir esto pero si queréis un juego de fútbol es mejor que compréis el fifa que por lo menos los creadores saben cómo se juega a este depoorte.    … Expand

    El juego es entretenido, cumple a secas, me gusta que sea parecido al manga el diseño y se ve bastante bien, mi única queja aquí son las animaciones de gol o victoria xd son pocas.
    La jugabilidad está bien, es divertido para pasar el rato y la campaña que seña 2 está súper y más que no cuentan todo desde el principio pero a la vez es un contra pues no todos leen él manga o ven el anime, si    El juego es entretenido, cumple a secas, me gusta que sea parecido al manga el diseño y se ve bastante bien, mi única queja aquí son las animaciones de gol o victoria xd son pocas.

    El juego es bueno si eres fan de la franquicia y solo tienes nintendo switch, cumple con el modo arcade y para jugar con amigos, el online prácticamente no funcionó y tiene problemas incluso a día de hoy de rendimiento pues se caen a veces los fps, si eres fan recomendado sino mejor juega otra cosa.

    Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is an excellent arcade adaptation of the series for the world of video games, but its football mechanics its not too good and give the feeling that something is missing, while betting excessively on special skills to grab attention.

    It's not every day that a cult series of nearly 40 years has a brand new entry in a contemporary gaming system. It does a fine job at portraying elements of the series, and with two history modes it allows for players to either follow the main character or create their own, which is the most rewarding choice. Nonetheless, Rise of New Champions has some aspects that need additional work. Most of the football experience is fun and addictive, but the game's camera often feels off, the loading times are long and the game's overall technical performance on the Nintendo Switch falls short of what is expected. Fans of the series will love this entry, while others might feel put off by its flaws.

    Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is an excellent anime adaptation. It has vibrant matches and a story mode that will make us revive some of the most fantastics moments of the series. Furthermore, it allows the player to drive its favorite characters. Its simple gameplay and its reduced difficulty may lead us to win almost every match without mayor effort and after a few hours it may be boring.
