    Cool art style and voice acting. TERRIBLE platforming, remove all of that and the game will be a lot better.

    The battles are mostly fun. The dynamite throwing physics are terrible. The aiming is tricky but fun. Good use of cover and things in the landscape and different enemy behaviors. The movement controls during the battle are buggy, not always following where I've moved the aiming    Cool art style and voice acting.     The platforming is really stressing my desire to keep playing though, I hate that part of this game sooooooo much, just get rid of it and transition between story/town stuff and the battles. I'd really like playing this game then.    … Expand

    This was my first experience with a turn-based tactics shooter, and overall it was pretty good. There's three separate classes to choose from, and while I've only done one playthrough, I might do another as the class I chose was really fun, and I'm curious to see what the others are like. The one major problem I ran into is there's a glitch that sometimes happens during an enemy's turn where they will move, but not end their turn. You won't be able to skip their turn and you can't pause, so you have to close the application and reopen it. The game has frequent checkpoints so it's not that bad, until it happened at the end of a 20 minute fight in the last mission. Outside of that the game isn't bad.… Expand

    Blood will be Spilled attempts to make some slight tweaks to the 2D strategy formula first laid down by 2015’s SteamWorld Heist, but lack of polish and elements from other genres slightly muddle this (still fun) take on the concept.
