    Completed Bleed 2 on the Switch last evening. There are a lot of bosses which are awesome (some remakes from Bleed 1) and not a lot of platforming sections which I don't personally enjoy that much. The music is good and it is definitely an intense / fast pace game. Most of the enemies are easily killable from a distance. I found Bleed 2 a little bit easier than the first entry, butCompleted Bleed 2 on the Switch last evening. I found Bleed 2 a little bit easier than the first entry, but probably because I was now used to the controls which you can change by the way. It deserves a 7.5 in my opinion due to the poor platforming sections (the floating one was pretty cool tho) and the lenght of the game as I completed it in about 90 minutes.     One of the best co-op 2D shooters I've ever played. I finnished both Bleed and Bleed 2 in one day. It's too damn short, that's the only complain that I have.

    The Bleed games are all about striking a balance. They're packed with action, but the levels are so short, that you have plenty of chances to put down your Switch and take a breath.     The Bleed games are all about striking a balance. They're packed with action, but the levels are so short, that you have plenty of chances to put down your Switch and take a breath. They're hard enough to be fun, but easy enough to avoid frustrating you. And finally, you might argue that they lack substance–but they're both so short, that they'll be over way before they start feeling repetitive. And if you're looking for a steeper challenge, they offer many opportunities to replay through the levels, in search of a better score, or using the unlockable characters. The hardest difficulties and characters offer more than enough challenge even for the most hardcore action fans, and there is even a one-life mode for the masochists out there.

    Bleed is a one-hour long game with seven short levels, a whimsical storyline, and plenty of boss battles–usually two or more per level. Its core idea is a limited bullet-time mechanic, coupled with an air-dash move. The two mechanics together allow you to navigate bullet hellish situation in slow motion, while unleashing a decent diversity of weapons on a number of cartoonish foes.

    Bleed 2 takes the formula of the first game and pumps it up to eleven, especially when it comes to boss battles. The entire game borders on a boss rush–a sequence of boss fights interleaved by short non-boss sections. The fights are varied enough to hold your attention throughout, and in the last levels I had to take frequent breaks, because the action (in Hard mode) proved intense enough to make my hands cramp on a Switch Lite.

    If you like some light-hearted action, Bleed and Bleed 2 are a bundle of unassuming, straightforward fun. You could easily play both games to completion in a single sitting, but I tried to dose the fun through a few days, in between other games. I'll certainly pick up the games again for some couch co-op action when I get friends over.    … Expand

    This game was a non-stop thrill when I played through it, no point in the game did it feel boring or repetitive, just 100% action, though it was incredibly short. What I think makes this game truly amazing is its variety of diverse bosses, all unique and memorable. Story on top of Endless mode, Boss Rush and capable co-op, this game was made purely to be a blast.

    Bleed is an amazing fast paced shooter with an amazing soundtrack and the length of the game is the only downside to this game. No matter what it will stick you on the screen for ages recommended for everyone. Who is a fan of fast paced shooter games

    Great sequel, maintains the fun gameplay but doesn't live up to the first one in my opinion. It's not as replayable as the first, though the changes to gameplay are fun changes of pace. Still a solid recommendation though!

    The addition of Co-op is a great idea – though I didn’t have as much time with the mode as I would have liked. Several characters can be unlocked and each brings something fresh to the game and once the story mode is finished there’s still so much to do. Bleed 2 is simple, unadulterated fun.

    Bleed 2 offers good, frantic twin-stick shooting fun, but it would have been nice to see a few more levels and a bit more depth to the game beyond the frequent boss battles. Taken with the first game, though, Bleed is a fun package.
