    There isn’t really much to do at first except plant trees, but this is a very chill game. You make money from your Apple trees and use them to buy more speeds, parts for sprinklers, upgrades, and even some items for the inside of your house. Your character will also automatically be put to sleep at midnight if you don’t go to sleep before hand so there’s no penalty to staying up late.There isn’t really much to do at first except plant trees, but this is a very chill game.     "It took a while for the game to click with me due to the slow start, but I found myself getting hooked the further I got into it. It’s charming visuals and catchy chiptunes all help make it a rather pleasant experience."

    It’s still not a complex game, obviously. And you’re still likely to eventually get bored by its relative simplicity. But it’s a mark of how enjoyable Bit Orchard is that you’ll almost inevitably find yourself getting sucked right back in.

    Overall, Bit Orchard: Animal Valley is cute and charming. With such a low price point, it is worth it for those looking for something a little different. Sure, some aspects could be better, but for retro fans, it is a worthwhile journey. But don’t try to catch frogs; trust me, your sanity will thank you later.
