This game is exactly what it advertises, and its repetitive, because thats the type of game it is, its fun for party's and thats that

If you've ever played "Achtung! Die kurve" (now known as curve fever) or any other similar game you know that this will be a blast to play with your friends.

Super fun to play 4 players, 3 player and 2 player is ok but not nearly as fun as the maximum, keep that in mind if you don't get together with friends that often. DO NOT buy this game if you are alone, the single player is not

DO NOT buy this game if you are alone, the single player is not even worth a dollar. It's kinda like snake and it's fun to go for a big score but without any global leader boards it quickly loses it's charm.

If you want a fun and quick game to play with your friends this might be the best option out there for the switch right now, not kidding. It's easily worth 5$ even though there are only 4 playable characters and one game mode.

Great idea, could be a lot better but it's still really fun.

This isn't a complex game. It has no depth, limited challenge, and only 2 game modes which divide neatly into single player and multiplayer. The single-player is basically what you'd get if you had the classic game snake in 3D on a sphere. The multiplayer is just your and other players' bears running around the planet, leaving behind ribbons you can't run into. Despite the lack of depth,This isn't a complex game. Despite the lack of depth, and how simplistic this game is, it's a heck of a lot of fun given its price-point. My friends and I put a solid 40-50 minutes into this game just repeatedly trying to beat each other, cut one another off, and strategize and create traps for each other. Don't get this game thinking it's going to be a great game, or have any depth at all. Get it if you like dumb, stupid, silly, simple fun on a minimal budget. Expand

I find Astro Bears Party to be a very fun indie title on the Nintendo Switch, which is most fun when played with others, but can also be enjoyable on your own.

It is, as the official website itself says, "a simple-to-learn and hard-to-master" party game- so, the more players, the better! But since the title already suggests that it should be a party, and a lot of reviews already talk

But since the title already suggests that it should be a party, and a lot of reviews already talk about how it is best in a group with friends, I want to give my two cents on the single player mode.
The single player can be fun in and of itself, IF you do enjoy beating your own highscore (like I do) time and time again, even without a global leaderboard.

While I do wish there were more modes, for both multi- and single player, the game has a well justified price at just below $5, since it is sure to bring a fun time to you and your friends.

Astro Bears is not an ambitious game... and it's getting a lot of crap for that. The game isn't TRYING to be ambitious. It's just trying to be a fun, yet basic party game with a fun single player as well. If this game was a full-release, these negative reviews would have reason, but for a $5 game it is an absolute blast that's worth the small price.

Essentially this game is a remake of "Tron" but on a 3D sphere. However it cost me less than £5 and gives my children immeasurable fun - it's simple, quick to pick up, long to master fun party game. If you have at least 1 friend, preferably 2 or 3 available to join you around the screen, then it's well worth its bargain basement cost. Expand

I gotta stick up for Astro Bears. No, there is no story or single player mode to speak of. But as a fun game to play with the kids it's really not bad. The fact that they "fart" out the clouds, the kids just think that's hysterical.

Astro Bears is a great multiplayer game for the price, $5 or $4. It is really fun to play with 1-3 other people, but the single player high-score mode is very boring, It is repetitive, but overall a great multiplayer game.

Oh my bloody nora, this is the most intense experience i have ever experienced. I wrecked my 'mate' archway9 (go sub on his youtube, it's archway9, sub and turn on notifications to keep up to date with his latest sheeps adventure letsplays), and he cried because i used the op bear and my good god, this had me on the edge of my beanbag. A true game for gamerz to experience. Cheers sony.Oh my bloody nora, this is the most intense experience i have ever experienced. Astro Bears Party is not a very ambitious game and it could perfectly fit within a bigger production. It still manages to bring some fun to a multiplayer session for a very short amount of time before falling into an overwhelming feeling of monotony, mostly due to its lack of content.

It’s held back by its repetition – the music, the modes; even the four bears get old after a while. Bust this out at a party for 30 minutes of fun, but don’t expect your friends to beg for more at the next get together.

Not so hot alone, Astro Bears Party comes alive with friends only to quickly run out of steam.
