911 Operator Deluxe Edition is a stress-filled management game, that requires you to strategically think through simulated emergency scenarios. This game’s tension makes up for the lack of physical gameplay. If you’re looking for a tense and educational experience, try out this game.

911 Operator Deluxe Edition comes packed with content. It suffers from fiddly controls, which hamper your success rate, but the audio work is good, and there is tonnes of detail to pore over.

To succeed they must answer phone calls and dispatch police officers, paramedics, and firefighters to various emergencies. Depending on the speed and efficiency with which they are able to do this, a cash reward is given in order to hire new officers, buy new vehicles etc.

I don’t want to use the term ‘phone game’ negatively, but that’s exactly what these feels like. The gameplay lacks any real depth, and you’re essentially just clicking on dots on a map over and over again. The phone calls, in which you have to decide whether or not to send emergency services, could have added a little more variety but they very quickly began to repeat. If you’ve got 10 minutes to kill on the pass this might do a job, but 45 minutes was more than enough for me.
