This is now on sale, on PSN, for $7.49, but, despite that, the ONLY two things this "game" seems to do, now, is to allow ONE of the previously unplayable characters, Aerith, to be used as an ASSISTANCE player, in the full DISSIDIA 012 (duodecim) game, on PSP, and to add a SINGLE LEVEL to duodecim.

Otherwise, the "game" allowed players to "check out the new battle system early. THAT was *only a week,* even in 2011, before such garbage was commonplace -- as it certainly is, now, with, for instance, Anthem having five or six release dates (all of which my PS4 Pro and my wallet are glad I passed on, for the low, low price of -$460- OK, so back to -$400,- if you got the rebate, and then, to $350, if you were already in need of a new, generic black, DualShock 4 controller, which would come with your replacement system. I dunno if the game bricks hard drives or the PS4 firmware, like the PS3 death-colored power light, and so, I suppose you _might_ be able to pull out the HDD, and buy a SATA case, for $8*, which means a best-case scenario of makingbyourndead PS4 $50 more "cheap," bringing it to $$262 (including unpowered enclosure cost,) if you were really gonna buy a 1TB, external drive, for your PS4, or a laptop, etc., because an external, 1TB, 2.5" HDD is almost useless, especially when you can pick up a 2TB SSHD (hybrid drive), for $65-$70. Either way, Anthem still (as of 3/7/19) bricks consoles and, even when you scrap the useable parts, and pieces of a new one, you're out what coulda been TWO 8TB, POWERED case HDDs, at $130, apiece.

To bring that all back around, while the stakes aren't NEARLY so high, by the description on PSN, they should be embarrassed to still be selling the product, for $15, normally, let alone to highlight the fact that it's still available, not putting what amounts to a small DLC on sale, for 90%-95% off, at $0.75 or $1.49, at MOST.

So, am I missing something, here, or is that all this product does? The description on the main Metacritic page was making it look very good, until I got to the end and realized that they just put the full Dissidia duodecim game description, there, as opposed to this "Prologue" product. Even whoever put the description on it decided to go with the actual game, as opposed to the description for this Prologue.

That ONE THING makes me think that buying the Prologue also gets you the assistant player and the level (and the chance, if you come across a time machine, to go back and cajole your friends, for getting the game early, with a couple extras),,,

So, could anybody who knows PLEASE lemme know if it DOES come with the full version of the game, despite the confusing PSN description, which would leave open that door. Unfortunately, though, it looks like that would only make me mad, because There seems to be no way to buy "just the DLC," unless this is, in fact, just that -- which costs $2.50 more, on sale ($5, instead of $10, also 50% off...), to buy JUST that DLC, if that is, in fact, how it works -- giving you the one level and the one assist character -- to add to the duodecim game... and I bought the perhaps not-so-full edition, years ago -- for that same $5... Unsure if I'd pay $2.50, even, for what would be VERY rare DLC, but, especially digital, it DEFINITELY wouldn't be worth $7.49. I don't consume THAT conspicuously... especially for a digital copy of a product, from almost a deck ago...

... Meantime, this is the only description that the PSN Store has, for "PROLOGUS," for convenience:

"DISSIDIA 012 Prologus FINAL FANTASY depicts event prior to those in DISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASY (in stores 3/22/2011). Play this exclusive chapter to get a taste of the new-and-improved battle sytem and new characters!

DISSIDIA 012 Prologus FINAL FANTASY allows Aerith to be unlocked in DISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASY as an Assist-only character!"

    Thanks so much! Cheers!

    * It's MUCH better to have a powered SATA enclosure, like that, but for a $50, 1TB drive, which will be $40, or lower, soon enough, a $20 powered SATA enclosure seems a bit of overkill. It'd really only be useful, to take to a friend's, to plug into their PS4 and play a "small" number of your games, on their systems, by using your 1GB external, as an "on the go" drive...)

^ I gave no score, for my review. Although it shows up as a zero, notice it says no score was entered and that only 1 POSITIVE review was given....

^^ Of course, as soon as I edited my review, to note that no score was given, it added the zero, although I gave it no score, and so I'm gonna give it an 8, my favorite number...
