    Horrible game. Like some PC shareware from 1992. No, that would be incorrect because a shareware game from 1992 would let you save the game. Really not worth play thing same levels over and over to get farther.

    I'd love to see Alien Havoc 2: Balls to the Walls. You know, a sequel that lets loose and goes for fast-paced twitch gameplay over the sluggish pace of this release. Bite-sized games like this live or die on their addictiveness. And Alien Havoc is not addictive.

    If it were a 59p iPhone app it might be easier to overlook such clumsy and uninspired construction - or at least not feel too aggrieved when you delete it - but by staking a place at the top end of the Minis price list, Alien Havoc draws too much attention to its shortcomings.

    The core concept is solid, and seems like a perfect fit for a PSP Minis game, but it plays so slowly and frustrates to such a degree that, even at £3.99, it's not worth a punt. Avoid like you would an alien invasion.
