    A game with satisfying combat system. Graphics are not perfect, and gameplay is too speed up. But, the combos are awesome, and crash enemies shields with spear is very satisfying. The best is a shield. You can stand in bunch of enemies surrounded, and hold L for whenever how long, and you press O to kick enemies back with shield. You can throw a spear and make fatal kills, and massiveA game with satisfying combat system. Graphics are not perfect, and gameplay is too speed up. Dual sword is a real shredder, and sword combos also, including smash with the shield. Yes. And lots of blood. Great game. Highly recommended!… Expand

    The problem with this is that is not actually bad but it's not that great neither. The Grafix are not the best and reminds me of a ps1 game, the sound is ok. You can quite happely play it for a few hours until the boring repetitiveness sinks in and you just can't be bothered anymore. If you want a decent fighting game, then go for the warriors instead. Much better.

    A good game, quite good graphics and not a bad story. You never at any point during gameplay have more than 2 body guards with you. Its a good game, very very easy at some points, and very very hard at other points. Takes around 10 hours to complete and it isnt too bad a game.

    It was frustrating at times building up the power meter during boss battles that required blood drunk to do damage, and sometimes using the spear was frustrating.     TERRIBLE game, a real shame as this could have been brilliant, the whole thing is just amazingly let down by tedious monotonous gameplay, graphics and story...yes I'm not terribly convinced by the film either, but thats another story, the only thing that lifts this game above the ZERO mark is the lovely music score that has made it into the game also... Not recommended, go out and TERRIBLE game, a real shame as this could have been brilliant, the whole thing is just amazingly let down by tedious monotonous gameplay, graphics and story...yes I'm not terribly convinced by the film either, but thats another story, the only thing that lifts this game above the ZERO mark is the lovely music score that has made it into the game also...     The people that give this low scores are the people that never beat it. Once you beat this game, like John E said, you keep everything the second time around, where you kill guys in a hit or 2 as apposed to 2 combos, with lots more dismemberment and decapitation, that should have been put in on the first run. the phalanx formation is lame at best, but that is just a small part, and once The people that give this low scores are the people that never beat it.     I can see why people didnt like this game. I personally liked it, even if it wasnt very well dont or polished. Its good fun. I wasnt expecting much, so maybe thats part of it. I liked learning cool moves and they make it seem unscripted but i feel like i did that on my own. Sometimes the bosses are very challenging while the normal enemies are too easy, but overall, not for everyone. this I can see why people didnt like this game.     Horrible. It's slow, it's ugly, it's not a candle on Spartan : Total Warrior. The phalanx sections are the worst thing ever devised by the gaming mind, including such amazing moves as 'stab' and 'over-head stab' and the amazing command bar which, if it breaks, the phalanx shatters. A fantastic idea one might think until they see it go down to zero and Horrible. It's slow, it's ugly, it's not a candle on Spartan : Total Warrior. The phalanx sections are the worst thing ever devised by the gaming mind, including such amazing moves as 'stab' and 'over-head stab' and the amazing command bar which, if it breaks, the phalanx shatters. A fantastic idea one might think until they see it go down to zero and all you get is the message 'You die, retry?'. What is this, a text-based adventure from the 80s? For a film which prided itself on it's production values, the game is a horrible abortion of an action title that would have been mocked if released on the Atari Jaguar, let alone the PSP...… Expand

    Good, gruesome fun in the beginning few levels, but gets very repetitive, tedious, annoying and unfair. I would recommend to those who're looking for more 300 related things because it stays true to the film and the novel's writing, art style, and overall feel. Other than that, it's a rather poor experience.

    Игра конечно достаточно унылая, но музыка, расчленёнка и неплохой визуальный стиль вытягивают проект на 4 балла.

    I guess this might be a fun game to rent and beat on a Saturday. After all, developer Collision does add a little something at the end of the game to make it not as much of a downer.
