It looks good, handles well, and has a nice variety of things to it, but it doesn't stand out when tossed in with the rest of the PlayStation library.
-
The best part of the game is definitely the atmospheric elements and the "straight out of the movie/series" aspect. The gameplay itself is ok, but is not groundbreaking by any means.
-
Just slightly above average.
-
The colors are drab, and the textures really are bad enough to make you wonder if you're really looking at Doom on the SNES.
-
Official U.S. Playstation MagazineI have to wonder how well a child could handle the somewhat complex controls. [Mar 2002, p.110]
-
For a reasonably well-made, cheap, good-looking and great-sounding FPS based on a license inspired by the hit motion picture series, this MIB The Series game delivers the goods.
-
It still has a definite 'one-more-go' appeal and thus the sense of satisfaction when you complete missions is immense. Whilst not quite as accomplished as the Medal Of Honor games, Crashdown is certainly recommended for those looking for a decent FPS treat.

[Anonymous]Jun 12, 2002This game rox! It might even beat Doom by some means.

CatherineP.Feb 19, 2002I think you should improve the colour and the graphics.
