    I played FIFA,This is football, UEFA Champions Cup but none of them came evan close to ISS! Sometimes I even wonder is ISS better than the real thing.

    I've been playing footie games now for the best part of 15 years. I've played them all but Pro Evolution Soccer is quite simply the most sublime, realistic game of football there has ever been. I'm not saying its flawless just that its the best representation of the beautiful game to date!

    For me, there have only ever been three truly great football games. Chronologically, they are Microprose Soccer, Sensible World of Soccer, and the PS1 ISS. I remember the air of unpredictability, and the joy/despair in a last minute goal, having battled through the game a 0-0 until 90+1. Unlike the FIFA games at the time, this game required more than learning a routine to score, and thenFor me, there have only ever been three truly great football games. Unlike the FIFA games at the time, this game required more than learning a routine to score, and then thrashing the opposition 10-0. Most games would be low scoring, with the occasional thumping (both for and against) cropping up.     Questo gioco possiede pochissimi difetti secondo me, chiaramente considerando l'epoca in cui è stato rilasciato. Il gameplay, sebbene un po' rigido, risulta piacevole e tutto sommato persino realistico. Sono presenti numerose squadre, soprattutto nazionali ma anche una manciata delle principali squadre di club    ITALIAN:

    Il gameplay, sebbene un po' rigido, risulta piacevole e tutto sommato persino realistico.
    Sono presenti numerose squadre, soprattutto nazionali ma anche una manciata delle principali squadre di club dell'epoca (mi è caduta una lacrima quando ho visto il Parma).
    Uno dei principali problemi è che queste squadre di club non si possono utilizzare al di fuori della relativa modalità.

    Molto belli sono i calci di punizione, con alcuni giocatori (come Roberto Carlos) che hanno la rincorsa personalizzata, e persino la presenza di qualche semplice skill di dribbling.
    Altri elementi interessanti sono una buona modalità allenamento e una divertente modalità di creazione dei giocatori.

    Inoltre ho scoperto solo di recente che è possibile sbloccare due squadre speciali, quelle che su FIFA si chiamerebbero World XI e Classic XI.

    Aspetti che dovrebbero essere nettamente negativi ma che per me aggiungono quel pizzico di vintage e divertimento sono la telecronaca imbarazzante (persino in italiano ma quel telecronista è un qualcosa di incredibile) e i nomi dei giocatori non originali.

    Juegazo, el mejor de todos los tiempos, una maravilla de su época y un adelanto en la evolución de un simulador de soccer..

    ISS Pro Evolution 2, greatest football game of all time along with PES 6. There will never be another Kickass generation of gaming again due to microtransactions.

    I've been playing soccer games for more than 15 years, ... Now while there have been many excellent live-action soccer games over that period nothing comes close to either Evolution or GameNight.
