    Las primeras dos entregas de Crash son sublimes, una pena que no se encuentren para valorar (para mi es un 10 para la primera y un 9.5 para la segunda), y la culminación de la trilogía acaba de perfeccionar algo que ya parecía perfecto. Se pulió aún más la jugabilidad, se le dió mas variedad con nuevos vehículos y habilidades, los niveles tienen una ambientación excelente, la banda sonoraLas primeras dos entregas de Crash son sublimes, una pena que no se encuentren para valorar (para mi es un 10 para la primera y un 9.5 para la segunda), y la culminación de la trilogía acaba de perfeccionar algo que ya parecía perfecto. Se pulió aún más la jugabilidad, se le dió mas variedad con nuevos vehículos y habilidades, los niveles tienen una ambientación excelente, la banda sonora siempre está a la altura, y se agregó el sistema de reliquias que es de mis cosas favoritas en estos juegos. Sin duda la mejor entrega de Crash que hay.

    Much like with his great rival, Spyro, Crash's third game is his best. However, it's not his last great game (wrath of cortex, baby). This game managed to do something that the other Crashes couldn't: finish the game and enjoy it. This game was, undoubtedly, the epitome of the Playstation... well, at least until Year of the Dragon...

    Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped is a fun PlayStation game. Building on the previous game Crash 2: Cortex strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped bring a few additions like new vehicle missions and new environments like Ancient Egypt and Arabian Times, to run, spin and jump through. The villain of the game, Dr Cortex is now in big trouble and his booming and displeased boss, Uka Uka, is not happyCrash Bandicoot 3: Warped is a fun PlayStation game. Building on the previous game Crash 2: Cortex strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped bring a few additions like new vehicle missions and new environments like Ancient Egypt and Arabian Times, to run, spin and jump through. The villain of the game, Dr Cortex is now in big trouble and his booming and displeased boss, Uka Uka, is not happy with him because he keeps losing to the heroic marsupial and now he enlists the help of Dr Nefarious Tropy to help him retrieve the crystals and gems using Tropy's time Twister machine. Crash and Coco now have to recover these crystals from the different time periods and Dr Cortex's minions - who act as boss battles - try to stop them. The game play - for the platform parts - is similar to previous Crash games: You go around in a warp room, completing levels and gathering crystals and gems. This hasn't really evolved a lot but there are powers that Crash can obtain from beating Dr Cortex's minions which can help him with completing the levels. The vehicle sections are nice and definitely add more variety to the otherwise similar game play. These vehicle sections are actually fun like the Hog races where Crash races on a Motorcycle from point A to point B and try to come in first place to earn a crystal. The racing doesn't provide Crash Team Racing thrills and the racing is much simpler but they its nice that they have included them. The Plane levels (One you play as Coco) are fun and involve you destroying blimps or Red Barons and whats funny is when you shoot down one of the enemy planes trying to bring you down, the whistling sound emitted when they start to descend with black smoke pouring out of their destroyed plane is just plain awesome. A good standard plane shooter this is but it is over too quickly. The Jet Ski levels with Coco are a bit too tiresome and boring. A good, helpful addition to the Crash series is that now you can see how many boxes there are in a level (notified by the box counter at the top of the screen when you press Triangle) instead of (like Crash 2) showing how many boxes you've smashed and not showing how many there are in a level so its much easier to know how many boxes are left in a level instead of going towards the end of the level then looking at the boxes needed to smash. A good addition to this game is the inclusion of Time trial events which involve you running through a completed level as fast as you can and when completed in a fast enough time, you are rewarded with a sapphire, gold or platinum relic depending on how fast you got through the level. There are time crates to smash to freeze the time for the allocated number of seconds that it reads on the box (1, 2 or 3 seconds). This adds a little bit of replay value to the game because you can try and try again (you dont lose a life if you die while in Time trial mode) to perfect your run and shave milliseconds off your time. As I said before the platform game play in Crash 3 may be similar to Crash 2 but this is not necessarily a bad thing. The game play is smooth and the controls are perfect and the graphics are really nice and the environments are varied and full of detail. The art direction is inspired: Naughty Dog really captured the look of these different time zones. The water effects in Cocos Jet Ski levels are fluid and look so realistic. The enemy designs are just as imaginative as ever and the death sequences that youre treated to when Crash dies in various ways by touching an enemy or get squashed by repeatedly closing and opening doors only adds to the comedic factor that this game holds. All the platform goodness from the previous 2 Crash games are present in this game with the hilarious enemies you face, the sound of TNT crates ticking down ready to go boom and the music (composed by the same people who did the previous 2) is memorable and fits each of the environments in this game. The bosses are really fun to fight and present a good challenge and also a much more improved final boss battle with *Spoiler* than the last game also presents a tough but satisfying end to the Crash Trilogy. The voice acting is pretty neat especially the dark and gloomy voices of Dr Cortex and Uka Uka. Dr Cortex may be no be as threatening as he was in the last game but he can still packs a mean punch when it comes to personality. Uka Uka however, steals the show for being one of the best antagonist ever with his booming voice and gritty looks. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped is a fitting end to the Naughty Dog Crash Bandicoot Trilogy and its very sad we will probably never get another Crash game like this again. *Sob*… Expand

    it's the pinnacle of the series. it's a reason to have a playstation. and it's a classic. it's what invented the third times a charm catchphrase. extremely AWESOME.

    My jaw dropped to the floor when I first played the jetski levels, the bike racing tracks, the tiger riding goodness. Each level is exquisitely crafted, the controls are excellent, the graphics are gorgeous. Puts a smile on my face throughout the entire game.

    This quite simply is the greatest platformer of all time. It doesn't have the exploration factor that Super Mario 64 did but this game still had more variety. Nice levels, great boss battles, and a finely tuned gameplay that plays perfectly. Anyone who has ever played this will agree with me. It still plays as awesome as it did in 98

    All I can say is that if you have not played this game, you are not a gamer. This was the first game I ever owned and it is the best platformer of all time. Mario can shove it up his ass because he's got nothing on crash.

    Warped offers a lot of variety with it's gameplay, with in itself offers a very solid experience. In addition to this, the level designs are very creative, the 3D platforming levels are as solid and entertaining as ever, and the visuals are very good for it's time. Crash is as insane and likable as he has been, and the game features smooth controls as well.     1. It's far too ez, the difficulty also spikes quite often in this game. Warp room 3 is actually harder than warp room 5. This is a great game for children but has the least replay ability for me due to its difficulty. 2. Too many vehicle levels.     3. The level design at times is very uninspired, I'm not talking about the theming I'm talking about how the actual levels play take the medieval levels, they are just boring theres nothing special about these levels they are just go from point a to point b. You can even ran on the edge of the levels avoiding the Pits and enemies.
    4. The lack of secrets in this game harms the experience for me as that was one the most exciting things to discover in the previous games. And the 2 secret levels are bs especially the dino secret.
    Anyway crash 3 did a lot of amazing things like the bosses are the best and addition of the time relics is genius but these issues I have with crash are to big to go unnoticed which is whys it's my least favourite out off the trilogy.    … Expand

    Deceptively imprecise platforming, due to the controls and the camera angle. By today's standards a short and clichéd game. Classic mechanics perform as expected, few surprises for those familiar with the genre. Compared to the newer Rayman or Mario games, this old PS1 'gem' is just way less fun. And fun is the only thing it aims for. Unless it meant to be that frustrating.

    I am going to be that guy who says that I personally like Crash 1 & 2 better, but to this day there is still so much fun to be had with warped. Its one of those timeless classics that we can revisit in years to come and still feel fresh because it played so well. In terms of a challenge, its still very difficult, but this one is the weakest of the 3.     Crash 3s level design is a step up from crash 2, especially when it comes to the remastered version of these games…
    crash 2 felt like just a continuation of the original crash in the collection while warped stands out as its own thing… easily the best looking game in the trilogy
    this is also the shortest game in the trilogy only taking me 4 and a half hours to complete…
    This is also the easiest game in the trilogy as I didn’t feel the need to grind once.. it feels very modern because of this…
    added to this game to make it even easier are special moves you get once you defeat a boss…
    these moves include the ability to double jump and a gun to kill enemies long range which really make the final stretch of the game a breeze…
    The hardest part of this game is actually its bosses…
    They’re tough from the start... they aren’t a walk in the park break from the game like the other 2 crash games... these bosses keep you on your toes as you’re juggling different items on screen with your eyes trying not to take damage..
    And while the bosses are the hardest part, they aren’t the most frustrating part…
    that award goes to the hog riding races…
    these levels are not fun at all... and require you to get a perfect run in order to be rewarded your crystal…
    and this along with other gimmicks is where I feel crash 3 went wrong…
    I didn’t mind the underwater sections here… and I really loved the Yoshi style 10 seconds I got in one level and would’ve loved to see more of that…
    But this game also adds jet ski levels and dog fighting levels that are just complete garbage with of course the hog riding…
    and it seems these were added in at the expense of boulder dashes as they’re gone from the game aside from 2 moments in the platforming levels where you get a little taste…
    You’re also having a back and forth playing as coco bandicoot here as well..
    She takes your place in the animal riding sections as she travels along the great wall on an adorable tiger…
    I had a lot of fun with crash 3 most of the time…
    without the crappy vehicle levels, and more of the baby dyno riding, crash 3 had potential to be my favorite game in the series...
    but these vehicles are bad enough to bring this game down to being the weakest in the n sane trilogy...
    I give Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Remastered

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I originally did an incredibly positive review on this game, but now I think otherwise. This game is still very good, but not great as I once thought. First off, the story. After being defeated in Crash 3, Cortex crashes down to an island with a temple that holds Aku Aku's brother, Uka Uka. In the first two games, Uka Uka has been secretly giving orders to Cortex, which I find stupid. Cortex seemed like the main villain of the first two games, but this game reveals that he was a drone. Uka Uka is ticked off at Cortex for failing him once again, but he lets him go since Cortex freed him from his prison. However, Uka Uka sends out a new minion, known as Doctor Nefarious Trophy, to help Cortex this time. N Trophy is one of my favorite Crash Characters to be honest with you. Anyways, Aku Aku senses Uka Uka's presence, and Crash is on a new adventure. Anyways, we have some great graphics and an amazing soundtrack. The story, while having that Cortex flaw I mentioned earlier, is arguably the best story of the original PS1 trilogy. Sadly, the gameplay has been ruined, as there is way too many vehicle levels in this game. I said in my old review, that they added a lot of variety into the levels, but in all honesty, they blow what Crash is known for, (Platforming) away in favor of underwater levels, motorcycle races, planes, waterskiing, it's really annoying. Despite that, these levels are very fun and challenging. Now we move onto the bosses. YES. They are amazing! Naughty Dog actually made these guys challenging! Bravo! If there's one major flaw to the game, it's 100% completion. It is annoying as hell. Not only do you have to collect gems, which are already a pain to collect, but now we have time relics. Oh boy. You collect these by jumping into a clock in a stage you already beat, and you have to get to the goal in a certain amount of time. There are three kinds of relics. There's the sapphire ones ones you get if your time wasn't bad, but nothing special, there's gold relics, which means you did great, and there's platinum relics, which means you did the stage flawlessly. However, they are incredibly hard, and are required for the best ending. The level design does not compensate with the relics at all. Lucky for me though, you only need the sapphire relics to get the good ending. THANK GOD. Overall, Crash 3 is in the unfortunate position of being compared to it's predecessor. The vehicle levels in this game were overused. In Crash 2, there were only 2 or 3 vehicle levels in the game. However, Crash 3 has amazing graphics, a great soundtrack, and great bosses. I still heavily recommend this game.… Expand

    This is best PSONE GAME with Metal Gear Solid in my opinion . This game better than Super Mario 64 , but Sonic Adventure better than Crash Bandicoot Warped , but Crash bandicoot warped cool too . In this game good storyline and goo graphics for 1998 .

    CRASH BANDICOOT 3 biggest problem is too many mini games and they are not that good . The new abilities feel more like a side grade Instead of upgrades so, it get in the way of the platforming

    Great platformer. IMO its the best Crash Bandicoot game. It has a lot of variety in it like different kinds of game types. I honestly hate the swimming parts but it still adds variety to the game. The racing games are fun. I wish they added more of the racing levels. But all-around this game is the best

    The Gameplay Have Many Ideas And I like all ot them especially flying levels and the music are so good I like dingodile and n tropy oat and the visual are very good I never bored of this game and the story is good not The Best story but it's good and make game better

    The third installment in the crash bandicoot franchise was an extremely strong one. For the time it looked great and ran well. The gameplay and controls were peak although I didn't like all of the vehicle sections, most notably the plane sections. The idea of warp rooms and crate breaking mechanics were great ideas, it had motivation to be completed too with the reward of new levels. ItThe third installment in the crash bandicoot franchise was an extremely strong one. For the time it looked great and ran well.     É um bom jogo mas eu queria que tivesse mais estágios com o jetski da coco e na europa medieval. As fases aquáticas são chatas, e as fases de fugir de algo também. O jogo seria melhor sem elas.

    PORQUE NO ESTAN TODOS LOS JUEGOS DE PLAY 1 DE CRASH EN METACRITIC!!!!!!!!!! Este es seguramente el juego de crash mas solido en macanicas y jugabilidad, pero sus nuevas adiciones son un tanto imperfecctas e extrañas, pero todo lo demas es solidamente bueno, mejorando lo del juego anterior. La trilogia de play 1 es simplemente perfecta

    My favorite game from original Crash trilogy. It brought power ups to the game (for defeating bosses), time trials and also you can play as Coco in some levels.
