I know that reviewing daily regulations and double-checking birth dates and passport numbers sounds like it’s the most mind-numbing work ever. And, in real life, you may be right (though having known people who worked at borders, I’d argue otherwise). In Papers, Please, however, they’re tasks that are every bit as weighty as any gun battle or puzzle, and they make for a uniquely enjoyable game experience.

Papers, Please may be a few years old now, but it’s still unlike anything you’ll have ever played. The title’s unique gameplay has been reworked nicely for the PS Vita, and while your workspace can feel claustrophobic on a 5-inch screen, that’s actually a big part of the game’s appeal. Its bleak setting won’t be for everyone, but by marrying moral quandaries to arcade-like gameplay, it offers something that will live in your memory long after you’ve filed your last piece of paperwork.

From a purely gameplay point of view Papers, Please is repetitive, dull and complicated. But to judge this game on this alone would be to miss the point. As an art piece or as a social experiment Papers, Please is a very interesting proposition. Just don't come here for fun times.

You're basically a border patrol guard who needs to inspect IDs and decide to let people in (or not). The guy who came up with this idea is a genius, and it's been very well implemented with a few surprises in store when playing the story.
You will need to be focused and have attention to detail, it can be a stressfull game at times.
    But I enjoyed it :)
