    Energy Cycle Edge is a pretty average puzzle game, with average graphics. The music is enjoyable and the puzzles are interesting and can be challenging. I can see people getting frustrated with some of the puzzles. For me this was a game I would play a little before bed (maybe one or two puzzles) and it was perfect for that. I will say I think I enjoyed this game more on the Vita then IEnergy Cycle Edge is a pretty average puzzle game, with average graphics. For me this was a game I would play a little before bed (maybe one or two puzzles) and it was perfect for that. I will say I think I enjoyed this game more on the Vita then I would have on the PS4 just because the game looks and feels better on the Vita's smaller screen. Overall, with its cheaper price point, challenging puzzles and entertaining music, it out weighs the average graphics and gameplay. On the Vita I give this a 7. Anywhere else it would be more like a 6.… Expand

    I’m fully aware that my perception of Energy Cycle Edge is skewed by the fact I’m terrible at it. But at the same time, because it’s so lacking in variety and so intimidating right off the back, I suspect my experience with the game might be the most common one. If you’re really into puzzles that push your brain, then by all means check this out, but otherwise, you’ll probably want to avoid Energy Cycle Edge.
