    LOOK CLOSER
    Check each person for signs of infection, such as bite marks, pale skin, or strange eyes. Trust your eyes, but verify with tools.

    USE REAL EQUIPMENT
    Scan hearts, lungs, and blood with medical equipment. Use visors and analyzers to uncover the truth that no one wants to tell.

    THREE PATHS, ONE DECISION
    Let them into the survivor zone. Should you lock them in quarantine or send them to the elimination line? You must choose quickly and correctly.

    WATCH THE QUARANTINE ZONE
    Not all symptoms appear immediately. Some symptoms will worsen, and only you can decide who stays, who leaves, and who dies.

    KEEP THE CAMP ALIVE
    Order food, water, and medicine. Upgrade your zones. Keep the generators running, or the lights will go out.
