At £13.99, this is a little bit pricier than you might expect but you do get a really enjoyable and addictive game for your money and one that plays differently to anything else we’ve seen on PSN so far. RTS games don’t always perform that well on consoles but by stripping out the tedium and making it more of an arcadey affair, Undead Horde gets things just right.

Undead Horde is a great casual game that combines parts of a Diablo-esque playstyle with a rogue-lite. You summon different kinds of creaturesUndead Horde is a great casual game that combines parts of a Diablo-esque playstyle with a rogue-lite. You summon different kinds of creatures and conquer the lands. The more new creatures or bosses you slay, the bigger your pool gets that you can bring back. The world is filled with different areas that have a unique touch and some puzzle and/or secrets.

The game runs smooth but the visuals are quite simple. Sound is kind of inspired, the controls are good once you are used to them. A 100% playthrough with some backtracking took me around 9hrs making the game a fine grab for around 10 bucks. If you dont consider all the sidequests and puzzle its probably doable iin around 5-6hrs.

Game is a casual filler that is quite fun. Even if you just have like 15minutes of spare time you can get an area down. I would recommend the game and would also buy it again.
